Brunetti Express 301 — Restaurant in Virginia

I moved to this area in July 2010, I am not a big pizza eater do to all the red sauce that is plastered on pizzas! Well I was introduced to Brunettis by a coworker and I was kind of skeptical about trying. But I met Anthony and he was from the NY area, as I am from Jersey. I explained to him that I did not like red sauce and I wish I could have a pizza with red sauce but very very minimum red sauce. He said let me fix that for you.... when I tell you it was PERFECT! It truly was, that was In 2010 fast forward to the present, I still go to Brunettis because anytime I call and order the staff knows exactly who I am when I order that very very very light sauce (they said I can just say the Tiffany special) Anthony and his staff is excellent with service and the food is always GREAT. They really go above and beyond with their customer service. I recommend them to everyone from coworkers to friends and family. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! Brunettis would not accept a delivery less than one mile down the road because they just put into place a minimum delivery amount of $10 which my total was $10.92 There was no posting of this on their website and the person on the phone was completely rude and disrespectful. I gave this restaurant another chance when I had a coupon for this location that was posted in the entertainment coupon book and they said they were not going to honor it because they did not authorize the coupon with the company, even though it had their logo and all of the correct information on the restaurant. This place is run horribly and does not care about their customers at all. Please do not support this business!!! The management is obviously foreign, and I do not know how you run a business in your country, but in America we treat people with dignity...

I have been going to Brunetti's Express 301 for quite a few years now and its still as terrific today as my first experience. The service is great, the price is very agreeable, and most importantly the food is amazing! First the pizza is always great and very affordable in comparison to big corporate pizza chains and even when trying some of there different styles of pizzas I'm never disappointed. The other menu items are equally as delicious from the steak rolls, stromboli's, and calzones to subs, wings, and salads everything I've tried has never disappointed.
