Our waitress was amazing. The food was just okay. The wings took forever and we're served to our table by the time my sandwich was already done. The Blue Burger plate with fries looked sad.
The bartender spent most of his time hitting on women at the bar and ignoring the waitress who was doing everything she could to handle the entire floor on her own. The bartender was extremely unprofessional and clearly performing a position that he was not qualified for.
The management team really needs to get a grip on this location as it was the worst one I have ever visited!
I will not return to this location. If you want to have positive feeling for Buffalo Wild Wings, I would not try this one.
Update - 8/18/22 I gave this place another attempt and was not surprised to find that they are locking the doors far before closing time. Actually, on this evenings stop it was a little over an hour before closing time. My group of friends were already inside so one of them was kind enough to come open the front door for me. I explained to the girl who was tending bar that there was a customer outside that left their phone inside and she said "so what do you want me to do about it". I explained her that if he had his phone he could call them but since your door is locked an hour early he's standing out there. This location has a very difficult time getting decent staff. If you have posted hours, don't lock your door more than an hour before closing time and then get angry when you have to let someone who was a customer in to get their cell phone off of the table. Only been to the area for a year and prior loved Buffalo Wild Wings but will not go back to this establishment. Each time the service was short staffed and long but understand during these times its hard to get good staff. This last visit waitress spilled a whole glass of water in front of me where it got into my wallet, wet my phone and my pants and bottom shirt was wet. She apologized,moved us to a booth and after seldom seen her. I sat uncomfortable with no extra napkins, no manager etc. When I mentioned I was shocked about the experience, she looked at me saying there is nothing she can do. Other stuff was said by the staff and their attitude wasnt Friendly! If you don't like your job dont show it to other people. She had an attitude and staff trainer said at least its not pee. They said they were to busy for this and didn't feel it was a big deal. They had an attitude and didn't even have a GM speak to me. They said again to busy but at the time had 14 people in the place and couldn't hear a paid customer complaint when they were at fault. To say you are to busy, blow it off saying comments said and had an attitude is unprofessional. Waitress seldom came to the table, and was rude through the whole experience. Dont get mad at a customer for being upset over your mistake. Accidents happen but how you handle it and your business etiquette says enough...... Didn't get our food until 8:30 p.m. and had to track somebody down to get them to check, and she was a hostess who looked as if she absolutely gave no d*.....so that's ridiculous, right?..... That's not all!!!! We get home with our food, and guess what? It had to have been ready since 7:50... Cold and Dry! EVERYTHING!!....Is that enough or do you want to know even more??..... Missing Buffalo Mac, Missing Kids Mac, French Fries were supposed to be Cheese Curds, Bone-In wings were made boneless and my Pepsi was sent as a diet Pepsi.....What the hell? Are you all trying to sabotage my dinner or If I hadn't have just moved back here, I would have thought this was personal....called manager and supposed to get a full refund, this was almost 24 hours ago and I've received nothing. *Update: Its now been 72 hours and I've still not received my refund as promised. The (assistant) manager that was supposed to issue the refund (supposedly) took down my card information too.
