Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Virginia

These people always forget something in your order. Twice now I have ordered delivery and have had items missing. When calling the store to ask if they could deliver my missing items or refund me, they refuse to refund or deliver the missing items, and am told I have to come to the store to pick them up. When asked if they’ll then refund the delivery fee since I now have to run out and pick up my missing items they refuse to. Recently my husband went to pick up an order, not knowing when I had exactly ordered, he pick up the food and came home. When I asked where my 2 liter of Pepsi was, he said they never gave it to him. So I called the store and asked if they could refund me for the missing 2 liter. They told me they couldn’t and they would contact the GM to let him know to do so and he would contact me. I asked if I could just come pick it up in the morning since they were closing in 5 minutes and they told me no, we can’t do that since the order is from tonight… well about a week later I’m still waiting on a call from the GM and a refund. I’ll probably never hear from them. I know it was only like $3 for the pop but still, that’s $3 they stole from me. And if you add up me having to run out to pick up missing items in my delivery orders, it’s even more....

Had my first and last experience with your lee highway location today. We came in for the buffet and arrived a few minutes before 1. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. Salad bar had empty items that where never filled. But the main issue is the pizza was dried out and not really edible. We brought this to our waitresses attention and she said basically oh well the lights make that happen. Never offered to fix anything fresh or ask if there was a certain pizza we wanted. Finally 20 minute later at about 2 o’clock she told us she thought he had a couple pizzas in to put out and we waited 20 minutes or so more and nothing ever came out. I will say she did seem to be the only one working and actually doing anything. The other two guys that where there seemed most concerned with going outside to vape and would only come in to check someone out. Again very disappointed never had an experience with pizza plus as bad as this and likely...

This has to be the WORST pizza plus I have EVER been to. The waitress is rude and doesnt have ANY service skills. The manager couldn't care less about the food quality and customer service/satisfaction. We arrived at 1245...lunch. came in and went to the bathroom with 2 little boys. There was poop on the toilet and no soap. Went to the bar and it was covered with pizza but it was all old, hard and burnt. The tomatoes looked soft but okay, but were actually rotten when you bit into it. I asked the waitress for a pepperoni and cheese due to it not being on the bar and she said "ill check if the manager wants to make one" The pizzas were so nasty even a 3 and 4 year old wouldn't eat it. Needless to say, we will never return...
