Wingstop — Restaurant in Bristol

I was so excited to see that Wingstop was coming I ordered opening night let's just say it was the worst all the way around experience. I ate it in different cities the wings were small the boneless wings were so hard I couldn't even eat them the ranch dressing was running. And they change to frozen fries instead of fresh cut fries. This really is bad for me Wingstop was my favorite place to eat I've tried it in Texas and Florida at several locations and the food was so bad. I was there around 6pm, It was absolutely abysmal. I ordered a 10 piece as a walk in to go order. I waited an hour and a half and they refused a refund and I left without food. I even watched them throw away 80 orders of fries because it was canceled. Could've passed those out to the dozens of people waiting. They serviced online orders before walk ins. The place was sticky from spilled drinks and trash was everywhere without any trash bins for anyone's trash. Place was packed and tons of people were waiting even longer than I was. Ordered online on opening day. Take out was ready within 20 mins, everything was great, fresh and delicious. Building is made for takeout orders only has a few dine in tables like the majority of wing stop locations. Not sure why everyone is being so ridiculous about wait times and no where to sit when they just opened what do you expect with walk ins? Order online if you don’t want to wait.
