Burger 21 — Restaurant in Virginia

I went with my colleagues because they said that this place was awesome. I cannot disagree with their assessment.

With that said, the service was a little bit slow. It wasn't a busy day, so I'm forced to assume that something else was going on as the servers were otherwise prompt and helpful. If you're tight for time you might want to call in the order or just realise that it's going to be a longer lunch experience than you might want.

As a Celiac sufferer, I didn't have a single problem at this restaurant. I know it's easy to conflate the taste of the food when you don't have to cook it yourself, but I really loved the burger that I had here. Even when it was well done (read: no pink), it was full of juice and so very tasty.

Came to the establishment today not my first time. Felt like I waited for the fries much longer then I should have when I asked if he could go check on them he didn’t and just said they will bring it out. When the kitchen didn’t bring it out the employee at the counter did at his own time he was not busy. When I did receive my long awaited fries they were cold so I know they were just waiting for them to grab it. Honestly messed up that they didn’t just go and check for me and treat me respectfully instead of making me wait and reviving cold food. Unacceptable the burgers were flavorless this time no nothing not even seasoning won’t be returning. Was excited to go back cuz I usually like them and I live out of town but now I can just eat somewhere else at least...

Have you ever had to pinch yourself mid-meal to check if you were dreaming. Yeah me either... until today! Burger 21's delicious food today was only surpassed by their extraordinary customer service. Ricardo was either the shift manager or a guardian angel that was tasked to ensure we had a surplus of delicious fries, clean table, and amazing experience. All 8 of us sat outside to enjoy the great weather and to accommodate our little Boston terrier. We felt bad for bringing our dog until Ricardo went above and beyond by surprising Rufus (the dog) with a bowl of water.
