Super Chicken — Restaurant in Virginia

I have been to this place a couple of times now, they don't have the best customer service. Yesterday I had the worst experience, and because of this reason I am NEVER coming back to this location. I had a whole chicken with 2 sides, and ask the girl if she could sprinkle a little bit of onions on top of my fries, she asked the "Supervisor", her name is Johana, and she said that I would get charged for it, I told her I did not want it then since I just wanted a little bit, because I would never finish the whole side. When checking out I asked her if the owners of this location were the same as the ones in Tyson because they had better customer service (I go to this locations once a week) and she said she did not know. So I asked for her name, she gave her name. I asked one of the other workers if the owners of this location were the same as the Tyson's locations and he said yes. He asked me if everything was ok, he was very polite and I told him about the cashier, he apologized and he said he can bring a little bit of onions. I saw how Johana approached him and then she came to our table, when we were trying to eat, and asked me if I had complained to the other worker, I told her I asked him the same question I asked her "Do you know if the owners of this location are the same as the one in Tysons". She started saying that she felt offended, and the reason why they couldn't give me the onions was because I was asking for "Free" food, and that her managers are always telling them to not give too many napkins, or sauces, basically anything extra that a customer asks, they need to be charged for. I did not expect her to come to my table, where my family and I are trying to eat. She was extremely unprofessional, and I can't believe you can tell your customers all these things when it's none of my business and I don't want to know. I told her I did not want to talk to her, and she kept interrupting me, talking over me. Never coming back, she said she felt offended, I never offended her, she end up offending me by saying I was asking for "free" food, I was paying for the food, I didn't know that asking for a very small amount of onions meant asking for free food. Today Jun 20 - 2025 around 6:30 pm I have a really BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SUPPOSED “MANAGER “ and the coworkers also. I walking with my mom my two kids and my husband. I asked him for the #2 whole chicken 4 sizes. my husband was waiting with my little one . He started making my order when I said fries he told me he had no fries so I said oh no we need fries I said no thank you I went to ask my husband and when I was walking to the table that my husband was sitting the MANAGER told me (entonces vete ) OK so GO in Spanish When I react, I asked my 13-year-old son. He told me to go? And my mom say yes he told you that and I ask why you told me that we always came here . And I just get a aggressive reaction from them.so I walk out to the store with my family and then I came back to get the manager name and he was aggressive yelling Tell me the I was lying and then the whole group was defending him crazy nobody no wants to give me the manager‘s name the lady in from the cashier tell him to go to the back. The Excuse was that he was a stress because the truck that supplies the food didn’t come . I’m taking my time to leave this review for the way they treated me and my family. I give a lot of chances to this place always we have to find HAIR IN the chicken or in the fries rice. Yesterday we really wanted guapos. But decided to try a new spot. Called to place an order. For family meal with plantain and yuca on the side with an extra side of beans. While placing the order she was very rusty. To the point I couldn’t even get the whole order out before I got off the phone. Got there the place seemed nice not that busy . Took us about 15 mins to get there. Order was easy to pick up and they were just finishing up. The Website says the family meal is 26 dollars and we got a side of beans . Why did our total come to 40 something dollars smh!! We were so hungry we paid and left to drive back home. Got there and the chicken wasn’t bad. But the bean were watery yuca was good but were is my side of plantations ? Not in my bag . They had given us cold soggy fries . That we had never ordered. Seriously never eating there again.
