We've been eating here for the past year while living in the area.
The last couple of times though - our food was incorrect, cold, and seemingly of bad quality.
We had a good experience the first few times but (specifically) this last time, our food was incorrect from ordered, and devastatingly cold - as if it had been hours since fresh. I believe the garlic bread they give out is made at the beginning of each day - at best - and I also believe our meal was pieced together by old items that were pre-made either for other orders or on purpose for bulk rush.
Regardless, the pizza was frigid and lifeless and akin to Sbarro in quality (but Sbarro is usually warm).
My most serious concern is not only with the restaurant trending downhill in quality and accuracy, but also the appearance that they purposefully reuse old/other items to be given to us in our fresh order. I believe this to be the case even more so, based on the very thorough removal of all documentation (receipts) that contain names, and timestamps of orders, that has always resided on our boxes and bags but now is missing or torn away from the packaging.
Unfortunately, now I not only believe the quality and service has significantly decreased, but also that this business will stoop to such unprofessional levels as to purposefully give us old-order food items in the guise of...
Read moreFamiliar with the old Fairfax location and longing for my favorite NOVA pizza. I decided to go 20 min out of the way in the opposite direction to try the new location. I ordered a pizza through the "preferred method" on the website, the slice app. I arrive 30 min after placing the order, and to my amazement, my pizza is not ready. I see them take a pizza from under the heat lamp in the window and go into the kitchen. 2 min later, I receive a pizza half pepperoni as ordered, this should've been a clue. When I arrive home in anticipation of a great pizza. I look at it and it is clearly an old pizza with toppings clearly placed on top. You can tell when toppings are cooked into a pizza as opposed to added. I call the restaurant and speak with a manager. He was unhelpful and lacking. His efforts to correct this issue amounted to nothing. On top of it, he denies that they would ever do this. I could easily order a pizza from any chain and get a pizza that was at least made for me and at a fraction of the cost. I'm unbelievably disappointed with this pizza and with the management. Save yourself the hassle and just go with the chain pizza place. I'm sure they will at least make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and you'll have money left over for...

Our wait for appetizers followed by our salads, then main dishes was perfectly timed. Our dishes were overly generous portions, which we ended up taking home leftovers to store for another night.
