Brought my children into this location to grab a late lunch. (Their was no cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive thru I thought dinning in would be a pleasant experience) the play ground is closed so that was kind of a bummer but no sweat of that my kids were okay with that. The part I’m here for is the staff ignored me for 3-5 minutes, after just standing at the register someone finally acknowledged me telling me “someone would be with me in a minute”. Which I wasn’t in a rush so this was fine for the another 5 or so minutes after that, until the staff was very loudly talking negatively about an other staff member and continued to ignore me. Instead of engaging with me the what I believe store manager or store lead just continued to talk with other employees, very clearly had a negative attitude about being a work at on one dropped a bag on the floor loudly huffing and puffing about this very minor incident so I decided to leave I don’t want my children in this kind of nasty and hostile environment. I get having a bad day like everyone else. But my many years in the service industry I wouldn’t have tolerated this kind of poor behavior and poor service to a customer I will not be back!! I drove hopped over to chick fil a, I was greeted timely with a pleasant demeanor and was able to enjoy a hot meal where my children could play on a playground. Thanks to chick fil a for...
Read moreWe came here at 4pm on a cold Sunday. My daughter was going to have a snack while my son played on the indoor play place. It seemed like they were having an off day at the front. It took a decent amount of time (7 minutes or so) to get our order of two soft serve ice cream sundaes. When we finally received the sundaes, they neglected to give us spoons and there was no spoons in the napkin area. I went back to the counter where no one offered to help and I had to ask twice if someone would give us spoons. We then proceeded to the playarea which I have always noticed off Victory Blvd. It is a relatively big area and it was nice and warm so that was a welcome relief. However, that is about the only good thing I can say about it. Even though there was plenty of seating in the play area, parents chose to sit in the main dining room and not watch/listen to their children. Within ten minutes of being there, two sets of unsupervised children made rude comments to my kids including telling them they are weird, get lost, and they couldn't play there. I have taken my kids to lots of indoor play places and parks and they have never had issues. And after all that, my car got keyed in the parking lot. So in conclusion, I would not recommend this place and I personally am...
Read moreA racist black employee used a broom to hit my wife's stall in the restroom. We had gone through the drive-through but decided to eat in the parking lot. My wife had a bad stomachache and went inside with her cup and receipt to use the restroom. While she was in there, a black employee made it difficult for her by hitting the stall and counting the minutes, saying things like "come out, it's been 3 minutes," then 5, then 8. It was especially frustrating because it was a women's restroom, so I was confused about why a man was there. I had noticed that women employees were working that day. The employee who was causing trouble should have faced serious consequences for spying on a female, not doing his real job, and worse, hating a race (white people). I know now it's ok to be racist against white people, but a guy beating a woman is wrong. My wife told me to behave, or I might get in trouble at work. I wanted to beat him up. We decided to pray about the situation.
I would advise against visiting this...
