Twice now this Taco Bell has been slow (the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to). Yesterday, I waited 40 minutes for my order that I never got anyway and just left. At about 20 minutes in, I got my drinks. However, this only happened because one worker rudely (cussing, saying they weren’t helping) told another worker to get the drinks for my order. She got the drinks, but forgot one, so I told her the drink I was missing. Even when showing her my receipt, she went back and forth with me about how “that wasn’t on her screen” like it wasn’t her problem. Then, eventually I got a notification saying the food was ready, but didn’t see it on the counter. I went to the workers and asked if it was ready. The same girl with the drinks told me they were still working on it (she originally told me it would be a few more minutes when I first got there). But then another guy preparing the food asked who I was waiting for, I said the name, but this time he said that the girl (drinks girl) bumped the order to the back of the queue! All I said was “okay I understand how it was bumped to the back, but shouldn’t it be a priority to get out now? People that have come in after me have received their food.” They looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. They said “well now I have other orders in front of it, so you have to wait.” I said “No, they are not in front of it. You purposely made them in front of it by pushing my order to the back - my order is front of the line since it was placed about 40 minutes ago even if it doesn’t appear that way on the screen.” After that comment, all the workers just went silent. To rub it in, the drinks girl just started talking on the headset to the person on drive thru instead responding. I have worked fast food, I know how this system is supposed to work. Read moreI ordered a volcano taco on the app and when I got to this store they said they didn’t carry volcano tacos anymore and they would replace the $2.50 taco with a $1.79 taco. When I asked why I’m going to pay $2.50 for a regular taco they said “that’s what we have.” Then they wouldn’t cancel the order and they said I had to do it through the app.
I just had an old account get hacked and someone ordered on my account in New Jersey I called that Taco Bell and they canceled my order immediately and I got the notification for it. When I asked this “store manager” Adrian the same he said he didn’t know what they did.
I also ordered a $1 side cup of volcano sauce and they weren’t going to offer any replacement for that. Probably because they don’t have anything for 25 cents to replace it with.
I can’t cancel the order on my end because the order was completed at the store.
Now I have to go to the bank and dispute the charges on Monday morning. I’ll be calling corporate on...
Read moreI brought my family for a quick meal here. It was a mistake to come here. We ordered our meal and sat and patiently waited, in a dirty booth. Is was the cleanest so we just cleaned up and sat there. There was just another couple in the restaurant with us. We waited for almost 20 minutes. When I went up to inquire on our food, the cashier was shocked to know that we didn't get our food. She immediately went to Jamaal working the line (whom I found out to be the manager), and told him we didn't get our food. He clearly looked annoyed. So I insisted on getting my refund. Once he was told that he came up and told me that the next time this happens, I should not wait so long to come up and ask for my food because they were clearly busy.
