Any 1 star review you see of this place is guaranteed to be operator error and not any fault of the staff on hand. Either that or someone complained of an air bubble or something insanely arbitrary. Caleb and his crew of both AM and PM workers go above and beyond what is asked of them on a daily basis. As a patron of many Starbucks in many states I can honestly say the staff here remembers more names of their guests than all the other Starbucks I've been to combined. There is no condescension in their voice when they greet you with what may seem like a generic "Hi, how are things going for you?" Read moreOrdered a drink through their app before church on a Sunday morning around 8 a.m., when I get there I am told that the drink that I've ordered cannot be made bc they're out of an ingredient. When I inquire as to why I am able to still order that drink if they didnt have the ingredient, I was told that they have no control over the drink options in the app (which I know to be untrue). So I cancel my order, and go to the one in the tech center location and inquire if they have the ability to turn off drink availability in their app for each location and I am told yes. It is apparent that the quality of service is dependent upon the pigment of your skin as I witnessed the difference between how the staff treated me in comparison to others. I will travel the extra distance rather than visit this Starbucks again.
