I recently ate here, and I must say it was quite delicious. Food came out hot and fast! I did feel pressured into donating, for what. I have no idea! There was a woman whom I could barley understand and I'm sure she could not understand me, or even the people in front of me! She kept asking me to donate money while I was ordering my food, and soon it came to the point where the line was being held up by me, because I was saying "No thank you." And she insisted that when we get to the register, I donate for the kids. What kids? Where? So finally, I agree to donate for the kids, she asked me to "round up, donate for the kids." I absolutely loved this place! Loved the food, enjoyed the service all but this one nagging woman, I"m sorry but if I choose to eat here, its because I want to eat here, I should not feel compelled to donate money to a charity, repeatedly by a woman I could not understand, and at the least couldn't even explain to me what the donation was for. To make things worse, I witnessed the same woman, ( I believe the name she gave me was Luze) get into a confrontation with another woman, who was simply doing her job. It seemed like this woman (Luze) Was all over the place and her focus was not on the costumer, I am only writing this review because I own a restaurant a couple miles east from here and I know what I look for in my employees especially when I'm not around. Being forced to make a donation is completely unacceptable and the language barrier made it almost impossible to come to terms...
Read moreThis store desperately needs help. Just waited 10 minutes while telling 3 different workers the name on my order. The whole time it was sitting on the counter where they make the food waiting to be bagged (like I knew it was, because this happens every single day). Best part is.. as soon as someone came in to order (while I was still waiting) they took care of them right away. Immediately. (Reminder I was not waiting on food to be cooked that they were out of, just waiting for it to be bagged). They took care of 3 or 4 walk in customers, got them their food and squared away payment before even attempting to bag my order. (This also happens Every. Single. Day. It's like they value walk in customers more than online orders. Which by the way, these online patrons placed their order long before the walk in customers even parked their car at the restaurant) Normally, I'd give y'all the benefit of the doubt, but this has been an ongoing trend for at minimum a year at this location, glad I don't eat here because I sure would have made y'all remake my order. Thankful I'm just a delivery driver! I'd give this place negative stars if I could. Do better, your job is not that hard. This is coming from someone who's worked 8+ years in the food industry. Just complete the orders in chronological order as they are placed....
Read moreI'm continually disappointed with this store. And even still I order here all the time because my family enjoys their food, but their customer service and quality in portion control leaves much to be desired. With a family of 7 we usually spend between $40-$70. Today I mobile ordered the family box, one of our usual orders, we chose 3 orange chicken and 2 super greens. When I got to the car I opened one orange chicken and the serving was only about 3/4 full. I proceeded to open the other 2 O.C and they too were just as light. I went back inside and showed the woman, she told the young lady something and then filled the boxes, she bagged them and also gave me 3 complimentary egg rolls. Which was in order, she did good. However, I should have checked my super green boxes. When we got home and opened them one was half full!! And the other almost 3/4 full. I couldn't believe it! The pictures are exactly what I received. This isn't the first time they have given us light portions either. I grew up on the west coast and panda express always gave fair portions. This store and the Hampton store give very stingy portions. I've also had trouble with their root beer being mostly water and carbonation, then they act like it's suppose to be like that. I think I'll take our money elsewhere and...
