Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

Not gonna lie... I forgot this place existed. However... That'll never happen again! First, the service. I was in the drive through and no one was behind me so I took a moment to read the menu - as I mentioned I obviously had not been there to eat in quite some time (Ive picked up food for my husband a few times recently). The gentleman taking the order was so kind, patient and pleasant I was floored from jump. Then I saw the lady bagging the food check the ticket y'all might wanna sit down for this TWICE! I said: "SHE. CHECKED. THE TICKET. TWICE! 2 TIMES. Not just glance n go. She read, mentally checked off TWO TIMES! (Ya aint gonna see McDisappointment ever do that!). And finally, this ones about the food... Burger was thick, juicy n sooo good! But them jalapeño poppers I got... I think thems were sprinkled with 🤫😒insert highly addictive powder here😬! Hi everyone! My name is Amber, and I have developed a popper problem. I've decided Im not paying my electric bill this month... I think the poppers are more important at this point in my life. And the fries... Y'all... When I say they stepped up their fry game... I mean THEY RUNNIN THA FRIED TATER GAME NOW! McWho!? Nah! Gtfoh clown... The Kings back in town. (😎Aww dang! That's kinda catchy... Yo! BK! I'll let y'all use that for advertising but it's gonna cost ya... I'll take payment in the form of cash and / or pops.) So if you're not sure what ya want and deliciousness is a "must", head over there. They got a good selection for any craving ya got.

Placed my order and told them I had coupon # 6300 for 2 Whopper, Jr. meals with 2 Cokes and no mayo, plus mustard on the burgers, got to the cashier and was charged full price. No one seemed to know how to void the charge so they gave me back cash for one of the meals. Waited at the window for 10 min. with a long line of cars behind me. When my food finally came out, I asked if the burgers had no mayo, and added mustard. Was told me that only one did, so I told him that both were supposed to be the same. Worker grabbed the bag and yelled for someone to make another burger for me. He handed me back the bag...when I got home, I had one burger with mayo and no mustard and the other one was correct. I called back and told them what happened, she apologized and said that a bunch of things went wrong all at the same time, but made no offer to do anything about it. No straws for the drinks either. Not a fan of Burger...

Wow wow wow. Unfortunately our BKs on Hull Street are trash and have been for years. We love BK we plan on our trips to the beach to stop on 460 and hit the one out towards Suffolk. This one in Westchester was our first time. We are so glad we did. Our food was hot, tasty and fast. Mrs Terri behind the counter is FANTASTIC. When she delivered our food with a smile my nephew said "how did you make it so fast". She asked can I show him. He was thrilled we were thrilled you could tell she was a proud and confident employee who genuinely loved her job and kids. The house in the back we're so thrilled to answer my kids questions. He talked about it all night long. We are so glad we now have a whopper stop somewhat locally. Traveling there would be a pleasure to get food and service like that....
