Placed an order online, received confirmation email at 11:16pm. I arrived at 11:43pm. The drive thru was silent. I announced myself 3 times to no answer. Drove to the window. 2 employees inside. Waited til 1154 before anyone realized I was there and was told "we don't actually make any food after 11pm." The store, the website, the app and Google says this store is open til 12am. That's an interesting policy to stop making food for your last hour of business. Guess a lot of people come through for napkins and fire sauce at this time. I've visited this taco bell many times in the past and am consistently greeted with the "we are closed" automated greeting anytime after 1045pm. Even when people are inside working. If the store is not open or is not making food after 11pm it may be time to update your advertised hours. I work retail and I understand the frustrations of late nights and long hours, but if you are advertising you're open, you're app is allowing me to pay for and confirm orders, and the window that the woman is telling me "we actually don't make any food after 11pm" says you close at 12am, it can be a little...
Read moreIve lived near this taco bell for the past 6 years. For the first year,. this taco bell was good. Something changed from year 1-3 ish. time might be a bit off. But this taco bell is horrible and has been for a while. Everything is often poorly made, portions are off and your burrito will often look smashed/barely holding its filling despite being underfilled. the tortillas are often stale, and its barely edible when compared to better run taco bells. The only reason this taco bell is still in business is because its in a prime location but its wasted. There is a reason the chick fil a line wraps down the street while this taco bell never has more than 5 people in the drive through.
I was going to the taco bell near my work in ashland, got a new job and recently gave this one a chance after not going for years, and yep still recognize some of the employees and yep its still terrible.
Need to do a whole revamp from all managers/supervisors who work there on site because its currently unacceptable and have no desire to go as a past taco...
Read moreMy 1st time here. When I asked for "any diet sugar available" for my unsweetened iced tea (as there was none on the counter) I was told by the cashier/attendant that he had "no idea where it may be". And he just stood there! The cook didn't know either and when I asked for the Manager he said he didn't "think" there was any either. All the while... just standing there, also. Do you "think" or do you "know for a fact"? Your guess is as good as mine. Never saw that many lost employees in just one place all at the same time. Could someone at HQs tell these guys where they keep supplies? They seem to be unable to answer basic questions, but even worse they don't seem to understand the difference between working hours and being on a never-ending-break. But the truly amazing thing was that none of them ever may the slightest effort to even search for it. They just didn't know and didn't bother finding out either. Yep! NEVER going back to this "twilight zone" place!!!! I suggest...
