Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

The customer service at this Wawa was IMPECCABLE - should really be the standard for Wawa’s around Richmond.

A gentleman that was stocking overheard my husband and I looking for something and offered to look in the back (without us asking) and found what we were looking for on the top shelf of an obscure place (meaning he actually looked).

Then as we were leaving a woman with a pixie cut said “keep smiling! Have a blessed day!” To every customer and took the time to look up from her work to actually make eye contact when she said it. It was genuine and intentional!

Personally pound for pound Wawa has some of the best sandwiches and things like that their subs are absolute delicious the deli meat and the turkey and ham and salami and pepperoni they put on their subs you cannot be beat it is very good food I would rather go there then then McDonald's or Burger King or any of those places they have very good food and you can also get it until like 2:00 3:00 in the morning and their breakfast foods are good now they're french fries are good but they're not great if you want some great french fries Believe It or Not sheets has wonderful french fries but their subs and food are not that great to me but I'd take Wawa Subs food over any of the fast food chain restaurants but that's...

The General Manager Stephanie has a really horrible attitude and customer service skills. I was standing in line waiting my turn to check out and witnessed her be absolutely nasty to two custimers in front of me. When it was my turn she was still really snippy and had an attitude. Just wow in today's time. What is she teaching her employees? How to be disrespectful, nasty, attitudy, hateful, and un realistic on how to treat others.
