So my purpose for writing reviews is to educate the consumer and if you follow me, it is extremely rare for me to write a negative one, but this information needs to be known. I've always purchased gift cards, more than 3 in the drive through, for years, pre and post the pandemic and most recently in the fall this year. Wednesday morning I pulled up in the drive through 6:30am, no line to purchase 4 gift cards $25 each. I was told, "I can only sell you 3", so I left because I needed 4 gifts to take to work. No explanation from the employee so I assumed they ran out of GC. Thursday I returned in the drive thru and repeated except this time there was an employee outside taking orders and he said we can only sell 3 GC in the drive thru because it takes too long in line. You can buy 3 and come back through the line for 1 or go inside. This makes sense to whom? In convenience the consumer already in line is what he was offering me. There was no posting "drive thru limit 3 gift cards". Be mindful this Chik fil A is only concerned about their drive thru metrics and not serving the public what they want to buy. I've wait in long lines while suburbans full of people ordered 6-8 orders in the drive thru and while I only ordered a salad. Yet, I was refused the same service because I wanted to buy gift cards. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere where they gladly took my money in the drive thru. I was willing to spend $125+ vs a $20 meal at Chik fil A in the drive thru and they turned me away. These were gifts, and this experience closed the door for my patronage of this establishment or any other . People need to be treated fairly, but clearly they're more concerned with drive thru metrics, hustling you out of line. BTW"My pleasure is Nordstrom's line, CHIK FIL A is no Nordstrom!" If there were negative stars I'd select people need to be made aware. 6:30 am there...
Read moreI ordered through the drive through today and was told none of my food was ready and that it would be ready in one minute 30 seconds. I was then told to pull up and it would be brought out. I pulled into a parking spot in view of the front and watched as 6 more cars received orders in the same line I was in. I asked a person delivering food if they had mine, told them my name, and she stated she did not. I then watched 3 more cars receive orders so I called the manager on duty and after waiting through all the voicemail prompts spoke to an actual person and explained my dilemma. This person promised to take care of it. Meanwhile myself and my daughter were late for her driving class which leaves from the same shopping center whereas had we gotten our food on time we would have been early. Finally a worker I stopped outside stated she had my food and they had been looking for me which is incredible to me because I was literally just in the drive through line, never left my car, and could see the drive through so I know they could see me as well. This worker handed me a bag which was missing half the food I ordered. I had no additional time to address as by this time we were late. This is a service failure that was from a lack of applying common sense. I'm owed food I already paid for. A cardinal sin in food service is to service new orders after I've already ordered, paid, and waited. This restaurant needs...
Read moreI will be as transparent and honest as I can be. I am disgusted with how I was treated at this establishment. I ordered a salad around 7:30 pm 8/30/2024. I showed up to the window and they politely asked me to pull into a spot that had a sign labeled either “1” or “2”
I did as asked, once 20 mins hit I walked in and asked an employee if they can get me and ETA on my food. The young lady was as rude as I’ve ever seen and said “there’s no Chad order here” and walked away. I asked another gentlemen if he can look into what is going on as I’m going on 30mins. He walked back to the drive through and continued placing orders. As I understand he’s the gentlemen I Initially ordered from and he remembered my order but did not have time to do anything about it as he had his job to do. A huddle was formed and at that point I looked as if I was lying in front of the whole staff and store full of customers...I would never steal in my freaking life. I was embarrassed as I ever been and I told everyone working to keep it and I walked away.. I will never in my life order from this place again and I hope these employees can undergo training that maintains the ethics and morals behind what Chick-fil-A stands for. I’m mind blown that this is even a thing as I did not get anything I paid for. you’re welcome to whoever got a free salad and lemonade.
These young adults are as rude as...
