Not up to the Chick Fil A standard. I have gone to this location several times since it’s opening. It’s closer to my home than the location off of 234, and knowing chick fil a standards I thought I would have the same experience here as I have at other locations. NOPE. In every case food was smashed, falling apart, and/or not prepared and packaged well. Then there are the add-ons and condiments. Every time i have stopped by this location I’ve had multiple meals ordered, for myself and my team. In every situation we have received only enough condiments for one meal, even tho we clearly have multiple meals ordered. I mean you guys repeat the order back. To make it worse, regardless of multiple attempts to request more condiments when ordering and assurance they will be added, they never are. For the price people are paying, throw in more! This behavior isn’t synonymous with Christianity, right? Nothing worse than heading to a 12 hour shift and having learned that some people can’t enjoy their meals simply cause this location is trying to cut costs and pinch pennies. Drive thru is well below the chain standard for time and convenience as well. Won’t be coming back when there’s one a mile away without these issues. May not even deal with chick fil a period since this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Mistakes are one thing. Telling customers one thing and then doing another…not cool. Read moreWe went through the drive through, half way home we realized they didn’t provide us straws for our drinks. We figured not the end of the world, so we got home, and the sodas (Cokes) we ordered both soda lines needed to be changed because they taste like carbonated water and not soda.
We called up to the restaurant, they offered usto credit us the drinks and give us a treat or something of that sort. The person we spoke to took our number and said they were txting us the credit. It had been 2hours and still didn’t get the credit. Called back up there asking where it was, and with an attitude she said “We don’t deal with those during operations”. Well if I was standing in the restaurant you’d be taking care of it during operations. Also, if this was communicated appropriately the first time then there wouldn’t be an additional call needed. This location is 20 mins away from us, so I wasn’t going back in rush hour traffic for their convenience. Even thou the lines are longer at the one on 234 -We will just stick to that one. The baggers completely ruined my order and rather than correcting THEIR mistake accused me and my mom of stealing and insisted we had our food. Then made us wait 20 plus mins to actually bring our food. (The food they brought wasn’t even correct once we checked the bag) This worker Maverick even tried looking in the car while at the car window talking to my mom INSISTING they gave us all our food. And tried to say he thought we were only missing one drink after TELLING THEM we were missing a meal and a kids meal.
