I ordered a sub gets here it's wrong. I try calling spend 20 minutes in the automated system because someone at the restaurant couldn't answer. They finally answer tell me they can credit for the next time I order. So here's the next time, they tell me they can see the order they know what it should be even went over it just in case. Apparently that wasn't enough cause gets here wrong again. Call an person tells me they can't make the sub like that. Not complicated just want veggies not cooked, no peppers an Xtra mayo simple right. He says he has to ask the manager then says it will be 30 minutes. Well we're going on an hour an 15 minutes at this point. Apparently customer service doesn't matter. An I understand being busy but quality an service shouldn't go out the window. I'm not going to call cause at this point 3 times there's no way it can be right so I'm just giving up.

So it finally got here an guess what wrong again an they tried to make me pay for it. Definitely over it an won't be...

When I can order online, it's great. I kinda don't like talking to people on the phone and it makes it much more convenient when I can just do the order from my web browser and never have to talk to anyone until the delivery person shows up at my door. Currently, the Gayton Centre Dr location is updating their computer systems, so online ordering is currently unavailable with no explanation of when it will return. Upon calling the store, I wanted to know what was going on with it, and they were helpful in explaining the whole deal with the systems being updated. However, the person who answered the phone, while professional and courteous, was very short and kinda like "anything else? anything else? anything else?"...etc...it led to a less than ideal experience because I felt rushed the entire time and I don't like that. Just my two cents, not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but still...I don't like being rushed. I still give them four stars because the food is always awesome and gets delivered extremely fast(which is probably due to the fact that my apt complex is literally within walking distance of the Chanello's...

Ordered online. Called in to add instructions to come to my back door because the front walkway had been painted. Person answering the phone, after I asked if she could add directions to my order (and I provided the number), said "they will call when they get there". Ok. They showed up 20 min late (Thursday night). The delivery person did call, but not before they walked on my sidewalk. When I told them to come around back, they did. The food literally looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. Oven fries were cold, wadded up in a brown bag, chicken tenders were done the same way. Wadded together in a delivery bag, with some kind of sauce on the outside (weird because I didn't order dressing on my salad.) "Greek" salad was iceberg lettuce with a hunk of feta cheese over to the side, where it had slid mashed against the brown bags I guess. Unappetizing and just bad. It had been a LONG time since I had chanellos. Now I remember why. There are too many great pizza places in this town to waste your money on this place. The last time I had pizza from here,it was bad. So I went with something else,...
