This branch is very impressive, unlike the 2-3 other branches I've visited. It's a kid-friendly branch, featuring a children's zone that's about 15ft x 10ft in size, as well as organizing events for children on certain days and times. The restroom has a step stool for children to reach the sink to wash their hands. There are many staff members who constantly walk around, asking and taking care of customers. The indoor seating area has about 20-25 tables for four people, including regular tables and a counter bar. There are 3-4 tables outside. It has a separate parking area from other plaza zones and a drive-thru. The restroom has tissue paper, soap, hand sanitizer available, as well as a diaper changing station. The day I visited was Thursday around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was packed and full of children, with only about 2-3 empty tables. The drive-thru had a continuous queue of at least 5-6 cars.
[Personal Opinion] This branch is suitable for families with children but not for people seeking peace and quiet because there are quite a lot of children who are noisy and running around everywhere. The restaurant size isn't very large, and the interior space feels quite crowded and cramped. The staff at this branch seem to be very well-trained. Everyone constantly asks about customers' needs and satisfaction and regularly cleans various areas. Read moreI have a lot of pros to say about this place but there are a few cons that holds me back from giving it a full rating. I've been to several Chick-Fil-As and this isn't one of the best ones. I love getting their Grilled Club meal and the employees do their job efficiently.
Pro: 1) Their service is generally fast. I've tried out every ordering methods such as Walk-In, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, etc. I would say that the Drive-Thru is the fastest order you can make unless it is busy there. Other order methods will have you wait around 10 minutes for your food to be ready. However, if you use Mobile Order in a DRIVE-THRU, it's kind of confusing because after you establish your order on your phone, the screen shows that your order is received, but doesn't notify you if your order is ready yet unless you get in the Drive-Thru line.
Con: One of their supervisors make the customer service less enjoyable. I won't name them due to privacy, but she is dressed differently unlike other workers that wear red tops. Almost everyone that works here are greeting and smiling every time they deliver food to the customers except the supervisor. She doesn't really smile when calling out orders and I've also witnessed her slamming the food bags down on the counter because it seems she's in a hurry or frustrated or maybe both. Read moreI am very disappointed with the service at this Chick fil a. My wife Jaffet put in a pickup order today for breakfast food. Not a big order, just enough for 3 adults. Nearly $50. We put the order in at 10:26 AM (before the end of breakfast!) The order went through and my card was charged. So I make the 10 minute drive. I had given information so they could ID my car so they would recognize it when I pulled up and they could carry out my meal. I pull up in front of the building where they could see me. Time passes by and they let me sit there for nearly 20 minutes before I finally went inside to see what the holdup was. They gave me a lame excuse like they ran out of food (I doubt it) but in any case they just decided not to make the breakfast food, didn’t bother to come out and tell me, didn’t bother to cancel the order online or contact me through the app. I was clueless. They just took the money and let it be. When I went inside to ask about what happened, they said the charge would stay in pending and not go through but I don’t know, that’s not what my bank account shows. This is unacceptable.
