Iām not mad at the staff, they did the best they could. Starbucks policy of prioritizing on line orders is a slap to the face of people that are their hungry & thirsty that have to watch other people who arenāt even there have their orders filled 1st. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink because of a heavy online order que. I had also ordered a hot sandwich. I would rather have my coffee in hand waiting for the sandwich to be heated than have a cold wet sandwich that was placed in the puddle of someone elseās drink. That was too much money to spend on a near inedible sandwich. If,IF I ever go back there again, please make sure that the sandwich isnāt heated up if itās going to be a long time before my drunk can be made. I tried to eat that sandwich and now I feel queasy. Thanks for that, now I have to try to finish the rest of my shift feeling nauseous. That hurts my tips. After I have such a good tip too. Thank you for that....

On task and constantly delivers nothing but outstanding quality of coffee. Caleb, Gonzaloās right hand man is superb in taking customers order and have 100% accuracy on orders as well as providing excelling and originality to his coffee. Last but not least Melissa is the one that brings balance and great backup when in extreme situations of large waves of customers. Theres maybe 8 available parking spots, all of which are occupied almost every time I've stopped here. The service road next to the building has no parking available, and so that usually leaves the rest of the parking lots which require crossing through fares of the shopping complex that have no cross walks. Second, the baristas usually mess up my drinks one way or another. The cold foams are typically flavorless and watery. The matcha lattes will come unsweetened even if you don't make any drink customizations. No one has been particularly friendly when ordering, so I will generally avoid this location...
