Ordered over the phone 6 subs pretty straightforward no mushrooms on one due to allergies. Picked up our food the manager looked annoyed to have us there, told us to have a nice day and didn’t give us our change. Had to ask for change and he refused to make eye contact he just seemed to want us out of his restaurant. We went back and looked at the order at home, mushrooms on all of the steak and cheeses, no chicken subs even though it was on the receipt our order was all messed up. Now normally I wouldn’t get upset but we specifically requested certain subs due to allergies which is a big deal in my opinion. If you work with food you should really know better. We called the store and asked to speak with the manager who yelled at us and told us the order was right and that he checked it himself. I told him we would return and bring all sandwiches to prove the order was incorrect. When we got there he yelled again saying the order was right and he checked it himself. I encouraged him to look at the returned order to see for himself. I asked him to remake the order since it would be soggy by the time we got home and he handed me a piece of paper to rewrite the order. He begrudgingly made the order again and when he brought the sandwiches out he pointed to one saying the bread was broken before and it wasn’t his fault....not sure why he wouldn’t use another piece of bread but I wasn’t concerned about that just that the order was correct. We thanked him and left while he continued to yell out the door that he was right and we should have ordered better. Sad to say the man we were dealing with was the manager. No customer service skills, no people skills and frankly no skills whatsoever. Will not be returning and will make sure that everyone I work with in the Burke area steers clear....

This store delivers to my house but the online ordering system forces me to select the Lorton store which is twice as far away for delivery. So I am forced to call in my order after I have tried ordering online. You would think that after a year they would have corrected this by now. So I am forced to waste additional time waiting to speak with someone. When I do, I'm asked to hold, so therefore more time. Time used in relaying by phone my order. Time waiting for a manager because they don't want to honor my online order discount codes. They give me some other discount which they act like they are bending over backwards for me but I end being charged over $10 more than if I had been able to order online. The manager doesn't want to listen to me to correct the online ordering system. The store has lost pruduction time in making the product due to taking my call. Every other customer has a longer delivery time due to inefficiencies of the system. It may be a quality product, but this whole scenario that has to be repeated every time is drastically reducing the value. I placed my order last Thursday at 8:38 PM. Ten minutes later I received a message that the business has canceled my order. I called the business and spoke to the manager( recorded phone call for my private records and to further probe my case) he told me he has seen the order, but they were about to close, however he verbally agreed on taking the order. He promised he will send the order in 25 minutes. The order never arrived. By the time I try to call to know what was going on with my order, the business was already closed. This business is unreliable and they clearly don’t stand up to the hours they advertise on their webpage.
