Wings Ways — Restaurant in Virginia

I stopped in last night to try them out since it was a grand opening, to see if it was worth coming back to. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, 6 piece chicken wings, sweat potato fries and a soda. First, they took my order and handed me the cup for the soda machine. When I went to fill up the cup with ice and soda, I'd found that the ice were barely coming out and the soda were flat. So, I'd tried other soda and they were all flat, I mean they tasted like a week old soda that's been seating out. Then, it took forever for them to bringing out the food. And the funny thing is that others that have ordered their food after me got their's before mine. No problem, I was still hoping that the sandwich and the chicken wings will make up for the long wait. Boy! Was I wrong. It was the worst tasting steak and cheese sandwich I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of steak and cheese in my life time. And the chicken wings were terrible, small and tasteless, And the sweat potato fries... they were cold and tasted like a day old fries. There were nothing pleasant about my visit to this "Wings Ways". From their tasteless food to their flat soda to their unprofessionalism behind the counter. Only thing that they were happy about was when they took my money. Will I ever want to go back to this place? Probably not ever. I should of just went to the "Fiveguys" a few shops down of the same building, or anywhere else for that matter. I do wish them luck since they are a new place but I if they don't fix themselves, they'll be out of business like the "Curry in a hurry", which went out of business before...

Today was an adventure! I had an appointment in Dumfries, and while I was killing time, I decided to hunt for the ultimate wings destination. That’s when I stumbled upon Wing Ways, sitting pretty at the top of the list with a stellar 4.6-star rating! Intrigued, I checked out their online reviews, and wow, they really spoke to me.

I couldn't resist ordering the lemon pepper wings (sauce type) and their teriyaki wings. Oh, and I asked them to make them extra crispy—let me tell you, they exceeded all expectations! These wings were nothing short of perfection—cooked just right and bursting with flavor. The crispiness was absolutely on point!

Considering I live in Centerville, VA, this place isn’t around the corner. Still, I’m convinced Wing Ways has the best wings in Manassas, Gainesville, and Dumfries areas. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and check them out—you won’t regret it!

Don’t miss out on their amazing real fruit-flavored bubbly drinks! They’re non-alcoholic but taste simply fantastic. I was too busy enjoying the wings, so no pictures to post if then, but trust me, they were great! ( small wings instead of those on steroids that don't taste like chicken). Wing Ways serves the real deal.

Had this place once and it was great. Today I called and got very rude customer service on the phone. First I called at 11:15 and was told to call back after 11:30 because the delivery driver didn't come in until 12:00. Not a problem totally understand that. I call back to place my order and someone else answered he told me to hold on. He took orders in store as I waited. Then he came back and I placed my order. 24 wings and a large order of fries. He became frustrausted when I asked if he had sides of veggie sticks. It was obvious they were busy. I paid with a visa gc. I told him there might be a balance left he said he would call after he ran the card. I hung up. He didn't call. I called back about 15 min later there was a balance so I paid it. Tried to verify my order because I caught he said 34 wings and the amount was now $30 rather then $20. He became upset and said I keep calling him and he's busy and doesn't have time for this. I explained I wanted to verify my order because I thought he had it wrong (HE DID!) he hung up. I waited because I knew the food is good and didn't mind but after receiving rude Customer service and a wrong order I will not order from here again. I'll get wings...
