Went to this location with the corprate flyer mailed to my house with selected coupons included. Had hoped to get a sandwich for lunch and use a coupon from the flyer "buy any qualifying footlong meal deal with a fountain drink" get a second footlong FREE. Which i was going to save for dinner. As a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income budget value is very important to me hence y i dont eat out very often except 4 on special occasions. Since i dont work i dont have the extra income to afford to do so. but i like subway and appreciate that they want my business and as a loyal customer choose to send me coupons to redeem in store. But at the subway store inside of the walmart when i went to order I was met by an female employee around 27 to 33 who said after i showed her the coupon from the corprate flyer we here at this location dont "give anything away for free" despite what the coupon says we wont accept it because we dont give away free stuff. Nothing other than that about why or any other valid explination other than personal preferance or direction from the Francisee owner specifically NOT to accept coupons that say the words free to avoid cutting into the stores profit margins. Didn't even offer to ask the store manager or other coworker working woth her at the same time to see if they accepted it or offer to verify weather it would work by attempting to scan it at the cash register before prepairing the whole order...Nothing no attepmt or effort put forth at all to check just blatent attitude and disregaurd given because im to "poor" to pay full price... I believe this matter needs immediate corrective action and there should be explicte non denial or must accept policies for corprate level coupons by francishsees in order to remain in compliance and operate regularly. Because I believe this demonstrates the business owners inherant greed and also shows they lack seeing the value and revenue potential as a repeat customer and need to be reminded of business ethics 101. Otherwise why send me coupons that cant be used at my local subway (im walking which is why im limited to the 1 inside of walmart due to my disability) its a waste of both my time and effort and your companies resources because they get thrown away and dont drive or generate business because customers know that locations are going to refuse to accept any form of lowering their prices or discounts is bad business. They started piling up ingredients I never asked for and when I said something they put the ingredients BACK into the original containers AFTER it had all touched one another. The lettuce she put on it was touched by tomatoes and onions and instead of properly disposing if it they mixed it right back with everything else.
I said something about the meat portion being wrong and they took the cheese off of the steak and put it BACK into the container with the other cheeses. Then went on to say that they were going to put it back on to my food. When I brought it to their their attention they couldn’t do that, I was ignored and they continued to serve other customers.
Their customer service is horrible. All 3 of the women working there had an attitude when I said something and had no regard for what I was saying.
Do not go here if you are concerned about your food being fresh or not being contaminated with other things. I’m pretty positive they’ll use the wrap they tried to make my food with for someone else (like they did with everything else) with the way they handled all...
Read moreThere was a middle eastern fellow and a young African American fellow who first told us they close at 10:30 PM, so we think it's safe to go shop first. We come back at 9:45pm to get food and the young African American fellow at this point is closing the gate and the same middle eastern fellow proceeds to tell me that they are closing early. The same middle eastern that told me they close at 10:30am. After arguing with him for 4 minutes he agreed to Make our sandwich. I had to walk him through how I wanted my sandwich several times and this was a horrible customer service experience. He couldn't even answer my question of what's in this sandwich before just making it because I asked about it. Fire these guys. Too...
