So I ordered subway online from this location today. My sub wasn’t toasted and my churro was over cooked. I called and explained the situation. A woman got very combative and basically ignored what I was saying. Insisting that she was correct and I was wrong about what I expected the end result and quality of my food should be. There is no professionalism here and definitely no customer service. I learned that this subway isn’t equipped with the staff to order ahead, and don’t possess the customer service skill to correct there problems or even responsibly process and solve customer complaints. Now let’s be clear and fair my only complaints are the ones above. I’ve been to this location it is very clean, and things are totally different in-person. So I would suggest in-person orders only for anyone utilizing this location .

Read moreThis Subway location is an absolute joke. I used a coupon to get a sub for $6.99, but because of the coupon, they tacked on $3.00 for double bacon—completely wiping out any savings. What’s the point of offering deals if you’re going to gouge customers elsewhere?
To make matters worse, the owner/manager stood over the employee like a hawk, clearly pressuring them to skimp on toppings. The sandwich I got was embarrassingly light on everything. It’s obvious this place prioritizes cutting corners over customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the frustration and go up the street for better service and fair pricing. This location is shady, unprofessional, and an embarrassment to the brand. This one is 3 min away from the one inside of Dumfries Walmart and totally worth the visit if you want good service and food made with fresh products. I really enjoyed talking to the manager here. I called in before I went and he had a nice personality and once I went in it was the same.
