I frequent this establishment and only order 5 things off their menu. I love egg foo young so that’s my go to. It usually is good. Today I called to complain that one of the pancakes was burnt. (This has happened before, not often and I haven’t complained previously). The manager rebutted and kept saying “he cooked at the same time”. I offered to send him the pics because he insinuated that I was lying, as if he couldn’t have burned the food! Well sir… you burned the food! I was not hostile however you were. I know ppl make mistakes. You should have been more gracious and took accountability then this wouldn’t have resulted in a negative review.

This was the most disappointing Chinese food experience I have ever had. It doesn’t matter what you order it’s all the exact same generalized stir fry with meat. Literally bourbon chicken is supposed to be crispy without baby corn, water chestnuts, etc…right? Not here. It’s the most fatty and lumpy grey chunks of chicken thighs thrown in some sickeningly sweet stir fry sauce with a bunch of random vegetables. Gross. Pepper beef and onions was chewy and gelatinous chunks of “beef” with not a lick of seasoning thrown in the same sickeningly sweet stir fry sauce as the bourbon chicken. Disappointing Will never order from here again.

Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again. This was my second time ordering and food had small pieces of glass. Ordered my food through door dash so I have opened a case with them. Got my food and everything seemed fine until I took a bite. It instantly hurt my teeth and felt very hard and then broke apart into little pieces, tried to see what it was but couldn’t the first time. Second bite I bit more slowly and sure enough was able to pull out a tiny piece of glass, not sure how glass got in my food, but not acceptable at all. Will never be ordering again.

I love their food. It’s hot and they always deliver fast. My problem is that I ordered from them before and I get the 4 chicken wings and fries but this time when I ordered I only received 3 wings. I’m paying for 4. They cut it up into pieces so I guess they wouldn’t think I would notice but I did. I called them to let them know that I was shorted a wing and the girl who answers the phone told me it depends on weight. I told her you can’t just give people what you want. The menu says 4 (four). She then proceeds to say well the delivery gives them different size chicken wings but in my mind I’m thinking that this has nothing to do with me. I paid for 4 chicken wings as it was stated. I should contact the better business bureau and let them know how people are being ripped off. But other than that the food is good when the right...

Me and my husband stop here all the time for Chinese food. He can't resist his Sesame Chicken and I cannot simply resist the general tso's. If you love their generals tso's chicken, you'll love their shrimp one too. Service is great, and who cares how old someone is running the register? Obviously their a hard working family. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.

Once again, back at it again with the good food. DEFENITELY recommend the egg drop soup. Oh my god, I could eat it everyday if I could. I am defenitely in love with this place. I believe its a family owned business, correct me if I'm wrong. But the daughter is really friendly and sweet along with the mom i believe? Either way, I love this...

When I walked in - I wasn’t greeted. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before I noticed the woman that was cooking was SPITTING INTO HER HAND!

I thought my mind was playing tricks on me so I focused on her a few more seconds and SAW IT AGAIN! One hand was cooking the food, the other hand was eating what must have been sunflower seeds or something she needed to spit back into her hands. DISGUSTING! I IMMEDIATELY walked out! They didn’t try to stop me as I walked away and I was actually happy- because I would NOT have turned around.

Poor service. Poor cleanliness. Poor customer service. I didn’t even get a chance to taste the food because everything else FAILED!!!
