I went to the store on 09-27-24 to get a salad and fries. For whatever reason my salad was missing tomatoes, eggs and cheese so I called spoke with the manger Kathrine. She took all of my information down and told me to get a salad due to the previous one missing ingredients. So now today I go back to the store and the employees tell me they can’t find my information and asked me who I spoke with and they keep insisting that I spoke with Krystal and I say no she said her name was Katherine but Maui heard wrong. So I wait in the drive through order the salad again and a sandwich. They come back out and say Krystal isn’t here and we can’t find your information so do I have proof. I told them I have the receipt at home which I did. So they told me to drive home and get it then to come back. So I did just that but when I return the is extremely long and they say they can’t take me through the drive through so I had to come in. So I’m wearing my bath robe so now I have to get out the car and go inside to do this all over again. The manager Meylin acted as if she didn’t want to assist me until I told them that now that I’m publicly embarrassed and since they can’t get things together I only want to deal with a manager. I spoke my grievances and she stated she would fix my food fresh and would bring it to me. No apology for making me go home, don’t offer to bring it to my car knowing the situation and that i wasn’t properly dressed, they remade my food but I asked for my chicken on the side and they still didn’t do that. So now I’ve been to chick fila three times and they still can’t get my order right for a salad!!!!! I requested the corporate office number and filed a grievance with them as well. This was all around poor customer service and I have never in my life had to go home for a receipt to prove anything. Chick fil a is normally know for great customer service but McDonald’s treats people better than this. I didn’t appreciate the service and I didn’t appreciate the embarrassment!!! I dont recommend this location,go five minutes down the street and go to...
Read moreMy wife and I arrived at the Dumfries Chick-FIl-A at 3330 Pine Bluff Drive on Thu, July 18, 2024. This is the newest Chick-Fil-A on Richmond Hwy (Rt. 1) across from Walmart. We spoke with the Manager (Rhianna) and placed a catering order with her for a chicken mini’s party platter. This was for pickup on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 10:00am. The manager requested my wife’s credit card to pay at total of $50.05 for the order. After paying for the order, my wife asked for a receipt (or something to show that the order was paid for). But the manager advised that she could not provide us with anything. However, she did advise that it would show in their system, that the food was already paid for when I picked it up on 7/20. When I arrived on Saturday, 7/20, I spoke with another manager (Crystal). I advised her I was here to pickup the order. She then advised me that I needed to pay her for the order. I advised her that the order was prepaid. She then asked who did we pay. I advised her that we paid Rhianna. She stated that she would need to contact her. She returned and advised that the order was not paid to Rhianna. This order was for a church function. Thankfully, I had my credit card with me to pay for the order. Surprisingly, Crystal was rude! Which is NOT indicative of employees (especially a MANAGER) at Chick-Fil-A. The OWNER needs to be made aware of this incident. This is TOTALLY unacceptable! I spoke with the operator (Natalie Yang). She was NO help at all! She did nothing but make EXCUSES for Rhianna and her lack of communication. Ms. Yang made me feel like this was all MY fault! I’m totally...
Read moreI've only been to Chick-fil-A 3 times in my life, yet don't understand the following for such bland food. People rave about the french fries but they are literally mashed potatoes shaped into grids and deep fried. Someone said I should try the spicy chicken and that definitely has more flavor. But it irritates me that they think everyone knows what's on the menu and come up to your window and just expect you to QUICKLY say what you want. They expect you to have your order before you even get to the menu board, which I didn't know that since I never go there. So there's no way to look at the menu and they get very annoyed when you're holding up the line. I even tried to explain I've never been there and she wanted me to bring up a app but I'm in the line so I don't have time to download an app. People say they're always amazed with how many cars they process but you're literally pushed through like cattle, so it's quite unnerving. The chicken noodle soup is tasteless, so is the plain chicken sandwich and fries. I did enjoy the spicy sandwich and the peppermint shake was yummy but not worth $5.19 for a Dairy Queen equivalent sized shake. I guess I just don't understand the draw and I definitely did not experienced any amazing customer service worthy of the extensive wait and unnerving process and cramped drive-thru lines especially for my large truck....
