Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I was in a very interesting case and was met with a very unkind environment. I went through the drive-through to ask for a large water because On my drive home, my partner got the stomach bug. I didn’t have any money to make a purchase on something that was not necessary at the time so I just asked for a large water so he could be hydrated on the way home. I would have just gone somewhere else, but then she proceeded to say that she would let it go this time for my circumstance, and I greatly appreciated it. I have probably been to Starbucks twice in my entire life and I proceeded to tell her that that was not me and I’m sorry that she was mistaken. On August 1st 2021, I visited this location to study and get a cup of coffee. When I went to use the bathroom both bathrooms did not have soap. When I asked the barista if it was possible to get soap in the bathrooms. She tells me they are out of soap but I can get you some hand sanitizer. So I asked if you are out of soap how are you all washing your hands. She told me they use hand sanitizer. I appreciate her for offering me hand sanitizer. But in the age of COVID-19 I found this extremely problematic. When working with items that people are consuming I believe workers she use soap and water to wash their hands not hand sanitizer. If you notice you are running low find a nearby store to get hand soap but as a frequent Starbucks consumer this was a major turn off and makes me feel uncomfortable to order from...

The coffee? Spectacular. Clean, fresh taste from plain coffee to specialty blends. Well worth the trip and worth the price. The infusions? Not so much. Wanted a smoothie at this location because it is one of the two I frequent often. Since no smoothie I ordered a TALL black tea with a peach infusion which I've never tried. What a RIP off. About an 8oz cup, packed with ice and about 1/2 inch from the top. Net 3 1/2 oz. Maybe! Translated to $.10 oz or $12.80 per gallon. If it were good, that might be a little different. Weak tea and weak peach flavor. Again, my wife and I love Starbucks coffee. We even buy the whole bean Verona for use at home. Will never make that...
