HORRIBLE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. When I first arrived their was a customer complaining that they gave her the wrong order and another customer that they forget her fries. I did not think much of it. When the customer was confronting them the workers were just laughing about it and did not once even apologize for messing up her order. They just talked amongst each other and when they gave her the correct food they just put it on the counter infront of her and did not say anything. I ordered my food and went to go sit down and wait for it. I waited 10 min until someone came up to me and said are you waiting for something I said yes just my food. She said oh it’s ready. It was behind the counter where It was nowhere in my sight, so I had no way of knowing it was mine, they never called my name to let me know the order was ready. And when I kept on looking at the workers so they could acknowledge I was there, they just kept on talking amongst themselves. When I received my food it was cold and they messed up my order. I checked my bag and asked for more ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce the worker was so concentrated on what her other conversation was she just gave me chick-fil-a sauce and not ketchup like I asked. At this point I was so disappointed in the service I just left and did not even bother to ask for ketchup again. This was my first and last visit to this cfa. I much rather drive to the Dulles eastern plaza one or one in leesburg than to ever step foot in this cfa. I have seen Walmart employees have better customer service...
Read moreI give it 4.5 stars overall. The food is always good. Service is always excellent. It's a little pricey if you're on a budget and have to feed 3 or 4 of you. But you can work the system. Atmosphere is good, although I'm not the best judge of that as I have only dined in a few times, ever. We visit the one in Lansdowne which is very nice, people very friendly, food always good, and hot. Their employees could train other employees in other fast food establishments concerning friendliness, patience, what it means to work hard, especially as a team member, putting the customer first, and treating their job like they are the CEO of a large company. It's pretty awesome in today's world.
I have one big request to all the kids that come there on Fridays after school to get their food, go outside and eat and have fun with their friends and enjoy the beginning of a weekend! Ahhh! Here is my request: You were served with friendliness MUCH patience, and respect. Can YOU please also have respect for Chic-fil-A, AND our Lansdowne community by doing something that's so simple, and reflects on YOU as a person: Put your garbage in a trash can! Pretty simple, right? Please stop dumping your trash everywhere except in a trash can! Read moreSighs Ahh. My time at Chick-fil-A (CFA) was quite enjoyable. I worked for Braden, the Owner/Operator, when he first opened this store in February of 2020. The grand opening was spectacular. Aside from having great food - did you know that the chicken is prepared and cooked in-house? - Braden is a fine gentleman. He cares about his employees, he knows how to run a business, he cares about his customers, and he’s just a cool guy – what can I say? I’ve been to multiple CFA’s throughout the DC, MD, and VA area. Although most of my visits resulted in a pleasant experience, this CFA triumphed in making me feel at home. Even though I was an employee, I was still treated with the same care and respect that would be demonstrated towards a guest. I also witnessed firsthand how everyone worked together to provide every guest with exceptional customer service. Furthermore, I saw how the leadership went above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. I have not witnessed nor experienced that type of customer service at any other fast-food restaurant; neither in the food being served nor with the service being provided. So, do yourself a favor and swing by the Chick-fil-A at Lansdowne, and enjoy yourself a great meal as well as a wonderful customer experience! You won’t regret it!
