Coffee making is an art; when it starts making people happy and attracts more, it starts blooming. That is the reason they named it" Starbucks."
Fortunately, I live in this area, and unfortunately, we have this Starbucks management who did not care about customer service and their hard-earned money. So this evening, I ordered two beverages and one bakery item through the driveway. However, when I tasted it, it did not taste well, and the bakery item was cold and not fresh. So someone needed to follow the standard direction.
I have raised the issue through the online portal via text or call. Also, the online associate was completely unprofessional; seems like they were working offshore. I am surprised Starbucks bypassed American labor and started recruiting cheap labor from outside the USA; lol, nothing new. Anyway, They did not value my concerns and entirely ignored my matter.
So I cannot reform the systems swiftly. Nevertheless, note for the respected public to pay attention to hard earn money. Moreover, another note for the Starbucks management and untrained workers "I assume that if you face five more customers like me, soon the higher management will terminate the location or replace the entire administration. What a waste...
Read moreI usually go through the drive through at this location because conveniently at the Belmont exit on Route 7. Today, I came into the shop to order a couple drinks because Starbucks was having the New Year promotion thing of $3 for any grande drink. The staff at this location have always been friendly and patient, especially in the drive through. They get quite busy during the rush hours, but I think they do their best. They were even excited to sing a really quick happy birthday to me when I came to redeem my birthday treat. I have not yet had any issues with any of my orders and have always had a pleasant experience.
The shop dine-in area is actually quite big. I've never really seen it full, but there are always a couple people in there either studying or just hanging out. It is clean inside with plenty of tables and chairs. There is also an outside patio with tables and chairs for when the weather is really nice, and you'd prefer to sit outside to enjoy the sun. I've not actually stayed to enjoy my order, but I may since they seem to have a very low-key vibe at this location.
I have no complaints and would come back when I'm...
Read moreThis place is so incredibly dysfunctional.
Let me tell you what they do run, their employees. Literally running. Half the time this store is closed. On select days they’ve reverted back to phase 1 of their Covid protocols. Randomly, they wouldn’t let anyone in the store.
Their employees run back and forth from the counter to the entrance to get customers online orders on the days the store is not allowing customers inside. They literally run their employees. Instead, they could place the online orders at the entrance. This is a big store, the Starbucks employee probably registered 3k steps on her Fitbit by the end of the morning rush.
To the manager of this Starbucks, the point of the online order is for customers to pick-up and go! Not wait in line, tell someone their order and for someone to run to get an order.
-Sincerely, I’m going to the Starbucks on Edwards Ferry Road. They are certified operators...
