After a long day I decided to take my son and his two friends to eat at this location because they were open until 11:00pm, it was passed 10:00pm so I asked if we could still eat at the lobby and the employees said we could, we were enjoying our food when around 10:40pm one of the employees yelled to us: Hey guys wrap it up!!! And then proceeded to blast his music loudly probably to push us away?...I was like seriously??? Did I heard right??? We understand they wanted to clean fast to leave the earliest they could, but there was no need to disrespect us, so I asked if I could talk to the store manager and "Jose" the same person that yelled to us gave me a bigger attitude saying I'm the manager so what? Really??? What kind of customer service is that??? What kind of example is he giving to the rest of his coworkers? Told him he didn't need to be rude we were about to leave anyway but he could have aproach to us a different way he did not care his rudness was to much and to ghetto...told him I would reach out to his district manager and corporate about this of course he didn't care, even the employee that was starting to clean the lobby felt embarrassed for us....We're so dissapointed of Chipotle, specially of this location for the lack of representation How can you place a person like that as a store manager? And worse.... allow him to treat your loyal customers the way he did? This is unacceptable!!! We won't be back until you do something about...

We called the store and the phone rang off the hook. We were never able to speak with a human. So, defeating the whole purpose of delivery, we had to drive to the store to resolve the issue: order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and the other customer’s food in hand. Instead of taking immediate action to resolve a clear error on their part — we had to wait another 20 minutes while some mystery was (attempted to be) solved behind the curtains. I had to get terse with the teenager register employee to stress our frustration. He kept having to speak with the manager in the back. Meanwhile; the manager never had the courtesy to show their face and resolve the issue swiftly. Ultimately the teenager brought us our order and handed over the bag with a smile and an apology. Not their fault indeed. But that’s what they should have done in the first 5 minutes we were there. (Meanwhile no service fee, delivery fee, or tip was refunded — that probably would have taken another...

I thought maybe she's having a bad day. Whatever she took it out on me. I think because I couldn't order food super fast. It was weird because I'm the only customer in the store. I felt like they wanted everyone in the store to be gone. This was in the middle of of the day. I know they weren't about to be closed anytime soon. I ended up going home and they messed up my order. I'm not upset about them messing up my order. Them rushing me I couldn't keep up. When I can't keep up I can't see what they put in my order. Because of them finishing my order their way. I didn't finish my order. I want to order more food for people. I felt like they wanted me gone. I have never experienced this type of customer service.
Pickup. They kept my pickup order behind the counter and asked for my name c: I always worry about someone else taking it.
Sadly they messed up my pickup order badly. We ended up getting less food...
