There used to be a running joke that you should never order online because the employees will literally give you the smallest quantities like its an expensive restaurant. Now unfortunately, it doesnt matter if you inside either. I eat lunch with my fiance during his lunch break and we pick different foods each time, today was chipotle. I went in and I asked for a bowl with 2 different meats chicken & steak...upon glancing up from my phone I noticed it looked like there was only chicken or steak on there (thats how little meat there was š). I've literally never had this problem at chipotle. Im sure my face said it all as we continued with the tomatoes to which was heavily applied then on to cheese and lettuce...dude acted like he was dressing a plate in a restaurant 𤣠so I asked him to put more on lol. Moving on to payment it came to 9.75. Another gentleman came to check me out. I decide to use cash and I have ALOT of change I'm trying to slowly get rid of and so I hand him a $5 and (3) $1 and 4 quarters and said, "Here's 9"...while im pulling out the change for the 75 cents he says, "Mam this is only $8." I almost died from laughter inside but I instead said, "I gave you 4 quaters. Along with the 5 and 3 ones, I finally get my 75 cents grab my sauce and high tail it out of there....

For what they charge, and for the fact that the management continues to say that they make a fresh batch every morning, there doesnāt seem to be an excuse for this continued issue. I have brought it up with more than one manager, and it has been such a consistent problem that I have to taste my chips before leaving the establishment every time. I officially just had my last meal from this location. After telling me that I could wait for them to turn the fryer on - which I was happy to do, I ultimately just want decent chips, as I use them for each bite of my burrito bowl, and sue me, Iām pregnant and want what I want - they waited almost 10 minutes of me sitting there to tell me they donāt have any extra chips to fry and would I instead like another bag of chips (from the same stale batch). On the operations side of this, there has GOT to be someone held accountable for implementing a change to the current storage methods. I have never had this issue at any other Chipotle and have been a lover of the chain for over 15 years. I am disappointed to say the least, and will not be wasting my time with this...

Not only are they giving the tinniest amount of what u ask for , but the customer service is terrible. The young lady that is always at the register has the worst attitude , snatches your money , rolls her eyes , smacks her gums , slams registers. All I did was walk up to the register and she was immediately rude. I literally thought to myself ā am I trippingā after ignoring her snatch my money , take her gentle time (purposefully) and slam my money on counter. I literally had to ask her if she was ok. The chips are always stale , vegetables never fresh. And when I say "few encounters" is because the first 2 visits , I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe I came in at the wrong times. But no , that's the establishment natural tendency. Itās so sad how someone can just naturally be rude and spiteful to u , without knowing u. Someone need to contact cooperate...
