So good, I went back twice today, my first time trying them.
The sushi chef's flavor combinations are off the charts. I hope he apprentices some other sushi chefs, so he doesn't have to work late.
I had the Master Yoda roll for lunch. I don't normally like soy sauce with my sushi, but I tried it anyway. His choice of soy sauce was a wonderful complementary flavor. Not like the typical soy sauce you get in a restaurant. He also added a side of matcha powder, which also was a great flavor combination. Just don't sprinkle too much on at once! ;) I almost inhaled the fine powder. My fault.
I had the Eggs and Nori roll for dinner. This time, he paired it with a ponzu sauce, which I also normally don't like. It was a great flavor combination. On it's own, it has citrus notes and a nice smokey flavor.
Very fresh. The tobiko even popped very well!
Very clean, but also very new.
I was only slightly disappointed that I couldn't have their bulgogi bibimbap for dinner, as they have some items available only at certain times. However, the roll made up for it! Make sure you pay attention to what is available when.
I wish they had staff capacity to do late evening and outdoor seating.
I hope they add a few more Korean items to the menu.

Read moreWow, I mean talk about a "whole in the wall" that's a golden nugget. I was glad that I had placed my order online because the line was to the door, and folks could barely all fit inside. The humble in numbers team were all working frantically to get everyones order to them as expeditiously as possible. Though I had to wait 15 minutes past my pick up time, the sushi was really fresh and delicious. Of note I'm really glad they don't smother the sushi with the various different sauces that could be put on top, but they use the perfect amount to really allow you to enjoy the sauce and bring out the natural flavor of the sushi. I also had some issues when I ordered online that I couldn't specifically pick the roles that I wanted when I made the order online so the sushi chef had to ask me once I got there what I wanted so that's why I took more time. So if they improve upon their online system for their lunch specials to allow customers to pick their selections for the lunch specials it would be great. also one last thing of note that was a little disappointing typically special roles come with eight pieces but there is only have six so that was kind of a little disappointing for the price. Overall though I totally am looking forward...
Read moreWe love Eggs and Nori and so glad there's finally something close by with a mix of different dishes that I love. Highly recommend!
Breakfast: Smoothies 11/10 - very fresh, good portion, not too sweet. Pancake Platter 9/10 - fluffiest pancake I've ever had, one point off because it's a bit sweet. The scramble eggs were SOOOO GOOD. It was soft and fluffy. Overall great dish and I have been ordering a few times already.
Lunch: Rice & Bulgogi 9/10 - My fiance loved it. He ate so much already and still finished this. For me, the rice on that day was a bit dry compared to most Korean rice I've tried. Would order again for my fiance.
Dinner: Sushi 10/10 - good quantity for a pretty good price The roll has reasonable amount of rice, so you really can taste the fish and other flavor rather than just a mouthful of rice. The sashimi cut was HUGE. You literally can cut each piece into 2 for what most sushi restaurant would serve. The quality is pretty good for the price. The scallop sashimi was of good quality, almost comparable to a fancy sushi restaurant I've been too. It was not fishy and have a sweet...
