I have been a loyal customer for years sometimes even getting chipotle 2-3 times every week but after my experience with not only the store but from customer care as well made me feel so unappreciated as a customer and I will not be returning to any Chipotle franchise! First we ordered two taco entrees and a burrito off the app and did it for pick up. Once at the store I grabbed the order and went back home. When we started unraveling the tacos there were no toppings! I then found out that they were out of corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, fajitas, and cheese. Everything was so dry, we couldn’t even eat them. I work in retail and this term is known as “out of business” if you cannot satisfy your customers why stay open???. Usually the app will mark an item unavailable which it didn’t and if I would have known that I would have never even placed this order. Now here is the main part why Chipotle has lost my business. I reached out to customer care and informed them of my issue. Instead of replacing the three entrees i ordered they instead gave me 3 free drinks!!! I told them I would either like to be refunded or given the three free entrees to which they responded with a “BOGO” code. I’m not going back and forth like it’s a bid war just to keep getting the run around. I’m also not going to spend more money to get one free entree when I originally got three of them no thanks! I don’t leave reviews like this but it’s just crazy what you have to go though and see how they treat their customers which was a huge shame!

I ordered online on 2/5/2025, and the food was ready as promised. All the items listed on the side were placed in separate containers. The only issue I have with Chipotle across the nation is they have no standard measuring method for meats. They use tongs, and whatever or however the worker wants to grab is what you get. I often feel shortchanged and overpriced for double meat. How about adopting what Mission BBQ does when they make a pork sandwich? They have a standard cup/bowl, and the preparer places the meat in this jar/bowl, levels it, and dumps it on the bun. Perfect, consistent, and fair every time, regardless of the restaurant or who is serving it. I would visit Chipotle way more often if I were sure I would get a fair portion of meat—just my 2 cents. Chipotle needs Standard and Consistent Protein Measurements! Too Eazy to correct if they want to; I will recommend Chipotle Corporate as this seems to be an issue regardless of which restaurant you order from. v/r, Dr. Ken King

I go to this chipotle pretty often given how close it is to my house. I was really hungry today and decided to get some.Big mistake.i was so excited to eat my food and the people taking my order was so nice and kind I even left a tip in the jar when I left. But I get home ready to eat and the STEAK is TERRIBLE it’s chewy and even a little RED on the inside I thought maybe a few bad pieces but I damn near couldn’t even enjoy my bowl because every piece of steak was not edible way to chewy and rough and red. Gross. This also isn’t my first time experiencing this but this time it was just too much I really just couldn’t even finish it because how much steak was taken out very upset with the food and even to serve steak like this to your customers is disappointing.

By far the worst Chipotle in existence. If you go after 6 good luck getting guacamole or chips or cheese or steak or anything. You pay for food you don't get and they're so rude when you ask for a refund on the items you didn't receive they tell you "go to the app" but on the app there is no option for a refund that's why I'm asking the employee for help! If you don't check your bag for your online order you'll get home and be disappointed because your order won't be right you know the feeling of wanting guacamole on your burrito you bite into it and it's not there and you're out 3$ it's terrible!!!! I'll just drive 10 more miles to another Chipotle. I've done surveys and issued complaints against them online all they offer is you free small chips and guacamole that you might not even get if you redeem here since they are always out then you ask for a refund they literally give you food... not your money food they make you go back in because the "reward expires in a certain time frame" I lost my free chips and guacamole that they gifted me on my birthday because they didn't have it it might not be a lot but I'm out 12$ on my last order and at this location I would say 36$ last 4 tries just to see if they have actually listened to complaints... read they reviews here see for yourself

Went here 1/10/2021 at 2pm, no cauliflower rice, no explanation given, left. Returned 1/13/2021 after verifying the cauliflower rice is available by telephone- showed up at the store 20 min later, no cauliflower rice. Someone was cooking it. They are out of almost everything the line is out the door. Employees frantically running to get food from the take out side to bring to the main line. The manager on duty gives me half a scoop of cauliflower rice when it is ready (I have been waiting for 5 minutes-letting ppl go in line in front of me). When I ask for more because it did not cover the bottom of the bowl I was informed there would be an additional 2 dollar charge- okay fine. When I got to cashier. I told her this was not a double serving the manager stops serving the customer she is helping to turn to me and inform me that a serving size is 4 ounces and I got a double portion-this woman is hallucinating. I maybe had 4 ounces after I paid 4 dollars for cauliflower rice-maybe. So after my bowl was 17 dollars (they are extremely skimpy on the food because they don’t have any food prepared) I will never visit this location again. Small portions, big attitudes and very little food (even if you pay extra). Chester store is looking really good! And why do you have no food at 2 pm on...
