would LOVE to give this place a 5 star review since the baristas are all such hard workers. unfortunately, i can not give this place the full 5 stars. the problem isn’t the baristas, if anything its management that i’ve noticed that has dragged down this atmosphere. this used to be a place at one point where it was irresistible to go to! it felt like a family and a second home at times. as time has passed, the life has been sucked out of there for lack of better words. these baristas work ENDLESSLY to show up and make up for the managements lack of showing up for the team. these wonderful workers are constantly working under pressure and ALWAYS under staffed. you would think for a manager/boss to appreciate and value the team they have and to help them out in times of need, but that is the complete opposite of what is returned to them. instead they constantly are talked down to, guilt tripped to come into work even with extreme sickness or family emergencies. they are constantly left alone with no store manager to be found. these workers are working 10-12+ hours in one day to then come in and do it all over again the next day with no appreciation or even a thank you. not to mention the harsh words that they are forced to hear from the manager daily such as “these people need to have their stress and anxiety be the motivation to work even harder” and “someone go in and work this shift, i was really looking forward to having my weekend cleared, so don’t contact me while im gone”. these baristas are doing above and beyond amazing, so instead of being upset that your 3+ drinks aren’t done in under 2 minutes, be appreciative and patient. the next time you’re in, make sure to say THANK YOU and appreciate these hard workers! as for management.. i think it wouldn’t hurt to encourage the store manager to help out the team and remind them that this store is successful because of its...
Read moreSo yesterday 6.20.2025 I ordered my usual drink in the drive thru. Half way through my drink I discovered there was an empty half pack of raw sugar in my drink. Gross! So I called to have a remake and would pick it up the following day 6.21.20252025. The barista took all of my info and told me that I was good to go. Well today (6.21.2025) comes and I go through the drive thru to pick it up. They asked me the baristas name which I only remembered it started with a “K”. They stated my order to me correctly but when I picked it up it was incorrect on the printout sticker. I go inside to get them to remake it and the barista over talks me saying that it was made right when clearly if you took the time to read and listen to what I was saying, you would have known it was incorrectly made. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to make my drink. At that moment I didn’t want her to make my drink so I requested for someone else to make it, thinking I was doing something to deescalate the situation. Wrong!! The new barista brings me the drink and tries to talk to me on the other baristas behalf about how nice she normally is and rambling on to the point she couldn’t remember if she fixed my drink with non dairy milk. Needless to say I had anxiety since there was no label or anything stating how my drink was made. This entire month has been a wreck at this location when I request half decaf and you give me whatever you decide to give me whether it’s fully caf or decaf there’s a problem. People order their drinks how they want them not how you feel like making them at that moment. I have to say I’m finally done. Read moreEmployee Richard was EXTREMELY rude in the drive-thru today . On the headset when ordering he noticeably was getting annoyed that I had to change my order because they were out of what I had originally wanted & kept rushing me repeatedly asking anything else as if he was annoyed . Upon approaching the window he misunderstood that I wanted to use the stars on my account and the balance and kept telling me what the remaining balance was . I said yes there is a balance on the gold Starbucks card I’m trying to pay with . He didn’t say anything and turned around to the computer when he realized he misunderstood and then shoved the receipt through the window and closed it and walked away . I will not be a paying customer and be disrespected. Another employee came to the window to hand me the drinks and I asked for a refund and the manger and they froze . Richard issued the refund and handed me the receipt. I asked for the manager and he never said anything he just raised his hand confirming he was the manager . I asked again for the manager and he said yes that’s me , which probably was a lie . He proceeded to argue with myself and my fiancé about what had happened, not admitting or acknowledging or apologizing for any wrong or that he misunderstood he was to use the stars for one drink like we said and the remaining balance was to be taken from the card , like we said .
