This used to be my go to Chipotle, however years ago I had a bad experience with an older lady who is the first person in the food assembly line and have stopped coming to this location since that experience. Today, I decided I’d give it another shot since it was on my way, and lucky me, she was working again. I crossed my fingers there would be no problems but it was the same situation. She is so stubborn and knows nothing of customer service aside from shoveling ingredients into the bowl. I eat chipotle 3-4 times a week and am familiar with appropriate size scoop portions. She put hardly any chicken in my bowl. I asked her if I could have a little more. She said you want double? I said no that just wasn’t a full portion and you are out of fajitas, so considering that, I don’t think it’s inappropriate for you to correct my chicken portion by adding a little more. She gave me attitude and turned around and in a very annoyed tone talked to her manager who talked to me, who I explained the situation to. He told her to give me a little more and so she begrudgingly did so and finished off the rest of my order. I never write reviews but I love chipotle so much and this lady has left such a bad taste in my mouth on my chipotle experience. Read moreI usually come to this location because it’s close to work and usually get food to my coworkers, last night, Tuesday, I went with my family and we usually get six bowls to go, my youngest daughter usually get chicken and the boys get steak, but unfortunately my Daughter decided to pick a steak yesterday. I did not pay attention to that so when the cashier ask me how many I did the usual 3 chicken and 3 steak, after I paid... I hear this employee, girl, shouting unprofessionally telling the cashier did she tel you only 3 steak. I stopped and asked my kids what did they order and I went back to pay the difference 2 chicken and 4 steak. She still answer me with a very rude voice it’s too late. Read moreI have visited this location now twice within a week and have only managed to eat here once. Even that was a terrible experience. My first visit, I ordered a steak burrito and had to tell the staff twice for every item. They kept rushing to the next person. Eventually, when I went to pay, I saw they did not give me steak, but instead the more expensive brisket, which is not what I had ordered but I accepted and paid for it. Once again, I was disappointed. They had not even wrapped my burrito and it instantly fell apart the second I opened the foil. In addition, the dining room was not well equipped with any hot sauce. This occurred December 1, 2024. Today, December 8th, I thought to try the restaurant and give it another chance. Upon entry, I was met with a line of 15 people who were all waiting to order and another 5 people waiting for their order. I observed the staff as largely disorganized and I promptly left.
