After placing my order for a $10 Monday night special I was disheartened by what I had to deal with when picking up my pizza.
To be fare there was some confusion on both sides when placing the order. I specifically requested that i wanted the $10 special several times. When I arrived they wanted to charge me $14. When I explained the confusion they refused to adjust the price. Around 4-5 employees were at the counter at the time. They all chimed in with "too bad," " next time you will get the deal", " that is what you ordered". It was intimidating and I didn't want the hassle, so I paid $14. After waiting for my pizza I decided to speak again to the man I spoke with on the phone. He immedialty said I must talk to the manager, which was a good idea at this point. When I politely tried to explain to the manager what happened he told me that it would "cost too much to refund my overcharge" since I paid with a credit card. "The credit card company would take at least $2." I was really sadden by this this blatant lie. I decided that it wasn't worth it at this point. As I was getting ready to leave he offered me $4 off my next order. Although, I appreciated that he made some kind of effort, it came a little too late.
I was very sadden that this wasn't handled better. I think this place has great pizza but will struggle with inexperienced management and a lack of...

The pizza is all thin crust. You can also get it by the slice, which is what we did. For the slices they have a bunch of their signatures already par-baked (from what I could tell ) and they heat it up for you after you pick it.
They have other stuff like Calzones and Sandwiches and salads. We ended up also getting salads.
The pizza tasted okay but it didn't have much sauce or flavor. It was a little underwhelming to be honest. The slices were big though and satisfying, but unfortunately I think I've had better from Pizza Hut or Domino's. It was however superior to Little Caesars or some of the other places around Richmond.
The salad was a pretty basic Caeser salad. Nothing too fancy. They gave us balsamic dressing with it though, which I thought was odd since they are ceasers.
The staff was very nice though and they were very patient as well as apologetic about making us wait. It wasn't that big of a deal though since we had never been there before. I still appreciate their kindness.
I may go back to try something else some day. Again, it was okay but I was hoping for something better since this place had such...
Read moreWe recently ordered Christians for a work meeting lunch at our office in Stony Point for about 30 people. We had ordered from the same location before, and other than timeliness of the delivery, we were generally satisfied. This time we were literally POISONED by Christians Pizza.
Of our 30 attendees, 12 of us (including myself) got violently ill. It started with two or three is us appx 3 hours after eating and then one by one they came with vomiting, fever, abdominal pain, headache and diarrhea. The people affected had no other common meal or drink. I myself topped out at 101.5degree fever to go with my vomiting, abdominal pain and severe headache.
My work decided not to call the health department so far, but this is totally unacceptable and cannot go without public awareness.
Stay away...
