Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT ‼️ Domino's is our favorite pizza place. My boyfriend ordered a couple pizzas today while I was at work because I wasn't feeling well enough to cook. He ordered around 4pm. When I got home and situated, I inquired about dinner and he said the tracker said it left the store 20 minutes ago. This was at 5pm. We live 1 mile down the road. He called the store a little after and a young guy answered saying that the order just left the store. Fast forward, the pizza finally arrives. When we pulled out the receipt, the signature line was empty however, the delivery driver by the name of Velma filled out the total and had given herself a $5 tip!!!! My boyfriend immediately puts on his shoes and drives down the street to the store. When he arrived he asked a woman if she was the manager, she replied that she was but asked a young guy, "Can you talk to him?" In a very dismissive manner. He explained what took place and both the young man and manager named Rebecca were very dismissive. Rebecca was rude & mentioned that she is the owner on this particular franchise. Her only action to right the wrong was to tell my boyfriend that the tip wasn't processed and didn't come out of his account yet. I have NEVER seen anything like this and we will NEVER patronize...

We normally order online and pick up due to the app saying we are not in the delivery area, even tho we live in Centreville. My husband made a comment that we are in Centreville and not sure why they won't deliver to us. Next thing we know we get a call back with a female on the other end saying that if we call, they will deliver to us. Tonight, we attempted this. Gave Domino's all our info, credit card etc. An hour later we're still waiting for our pizza. My husband called back to see where our order was and the person on the other end said that they don't deliver to us. We explained that we were told tgey would if we called. So, here we Were waiting for our pizza that wasn't coming. No phone call from Dominos letting us know. This establishment along with the one on 29 are incompetent on every level. The kid on the phone couldn't even take down our credit card number correctly. Absolutely WILL NOT be doing business with this company anymore. A simple phone call saying they couldn't deliver would have been nice....

I ordered my food online as I always do and proceeded to call the store to customize. I requested that my tots be well done and the employee said okay and hung up (as they always do). 5 mins later a male calls me back claiming to be the manager and says that he does not prepare them this way because it burns the cheese. I went on to tell him this is the way my family loves it, we like burnt cheese. He refused to make them this way and canceled my family order. The day before Thanksgiving!! I would understand if he was the one eating it... but I wasn't ordering the tots for him, nor was I asking how he likes to eat them. I'm starting to understand why they only have 3.7 stars... take the few extra minutes to go to the domino's other location, stay away...
