Update: I find it strange that a comment was left 2 months later leaving an email address to contact them regarding my concerns. This just shows there lack of quality customer service. Why? Because I contacted them to discuss the matter further days later to no resolve. I had a 30 min conversation with the manager and all his did was justify the behavior. The same man who was actually rude to me while I was there. He knew the situation and was the issue. In addition to they never gave me back my money that I wasted after they told me to bring the pizzas back. See they never expected for me to actually bring it back. They took the pizza and then refused to refund me. They’re straight trash.
This is the most ghetto and unprofessional Dominos, I’ve ever encountered. Customer service is terrible, the manager is even worst, the wait time is beyond ridiculous with zero justification and upon going in the store, about 7 of them are standing around talking. They talk about COVID safety which is why they left my kids pizza on the floor of a hotel hallway without calling yet they’re not wearing mask in addition to not making food with gloves on. 🤮 I witnessed a worker come deal with money then go right back to making pizza. I’m contacting the health department. We ended up getting pizzas from Papa Johns with no issues. Read moreFirst, they delivered the wrong order ( shame on me for not checking before I took it) so I called the store guy was polite, apologized and was offered a credit or future discount. But at no point asked if I still wanted the original order? So just told him to credit. Second, driver shows up and rings doorbell when there were clear instructions on the order to leave at the door and text when he arrived ( I added a 20% tip when I paid online so no reason to have contact). Third, the driver shows back up and in English I could barely understand says something about a receipt, which mind you he never gave me then wants to blame me for this issue. After telling him for the 3rd time I had already called the store he is still wanting to argue and I think wants the wrong delivery items back. At this point I’m getting pretty annoyed and seeing how I just had surgery 5 days ago told him as calmly as I could to go back to his store and get the hell away from my front door. He didn’t and had to call the store to get this idiot to leave from the front of the house. After reviewing all the negative reviews from this location it will be a cold day in hell before I order from them ever again. If you’re in a customer service business, one be able to clearly speak the prevailing language so people can be able to understand you and two never verbal attack someone on their front porch when you made the mistake. Read moreOrdered using the online portal. Love the tracker that shows the progress of your order. It’s the tracker that made me realize what was really happening with my order. Shortly after I ordered my pizza the tracker said my pizzas were “checked for perfection “. Roughly about 35 minutes later the tracker changed to “on the way”!! So you’re telling me my pizza sat in the window for 35 minutes? I opened the box upon arrival to verify that yep, it’s cold!! So we call to complain and just get a credit for next time or something. Donald the manager already knew who was calling, even though we called from a different number than we ordered from. We shared our dilemma and he has the nerve to say “the tracker is wrong, I personally pulled your pizza out just a few minutes before it was delivered”. That was his first mistake. Upon telling him it was cold he told us again it’s not possible because he personally finished it. We tell him that we’re so upset we’re going to call corporate tomorrow and give a bad yelp and google review and he has the great customer service skill to say he’s sorry and can he remake our pizza and put us to the front of the line? So others can get cold pizza too? No Donald. Then we reiterated that we’d call corporate tomorrow and he says “ok”. Never offered a credit or anything simply “ok”. So here is our review. On a positive note, the driver was very professional and courteous. Looks like Papa Johns is our next pizza place since it’s in the same plaza. Thanks Donald!
