Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I wish I could give 0 stars. We've been ordering from this store for a LONG time now & have put up with a lot lately, but tonight was the final straw for our family. When ordering for delivery over the past few months, it has taken well over an hour for us to get our order. Sometimes our pizza was gross & had obviously sat under a warmer for quite some time. Sometimes the pizza still tasted fresh & delicious. And sometimes, they even showed up on time! I know that times are hard right now & everyone is short staffed. But after tonight, I've officially had enough. Tonight, I put in a future order to have our pizza delivered at a certain time. They had well over an hour to get it here. And when I've done this before, it was always here on time. But tonight, when it still wasn't here 20 minutes past the time I asked for, I called the store, only to be TOLD to hold, & was then forgotten about. I called back after holding for 5 minutes & someone picked right up. I was told our order was "next on the list to go out." I told them to give me my money back. I've tipped them well for YEARS. So to be treated this way is absolutely absurd. This store has got to get its priorities straight. Customer service is completely absent. If the order is going to be late, the least you could do is call the customer to explain. Don't leave us wondering. And don't make the order if you know it's just going to sit under a heat lamp until you have a driver available. Make the order closer to the actual time it's going to be delivered. This isn't hard, you guys. And you just lost a loyal customer. But, it's obvious that you don't care about that. Don't order from this store. You'll be sorry more often than you'll...

I had no problems with this Domino’s up until last night. I always used their no contact carry-out, but last night I ordered my pizza pretty late (about 10:40 pm). I placed my order and was told that I would get my pizza would be delivered to me in 20-35 minutes. Okay great! 45 minutes went by and I was getting a little concerned and I called about 3 or 4 times and no one answered. Our neighborhood is a little confusing, so my boyfriend and I were convinced that they gave our pizza away to another apartment. We drove to the Domino’s (which is literally 3 minutes away from our apartment) and the guy told us that they were short staffed and that our pizza was on the way. I was fine with that because it was a Saturday night and later in the night, but it would’ve been nice to know that instead of being told the order would be delivered in 20-35 minutes later. We drove back to our apartment and waited another 20 minutes for our driver. Our order arrived to our apartment 1.5 hours after us placing the order and it was barely warm, and the delivery driver forgot our 2 liter of Sprite. They did end up bringing it back to our apartment 15 minutes later, but it was not cold and flat. I was very disappointed with their communication about our order and how long it took. Will be contacting corporate first thing in morning. The location at 15439 Warwick Blvd (Newport News, VA) - STORE # 4302 is horrible and so called manager Nancy J. is the worse. Ordered 2 pizzas via the confusing Dominos app. One of the pizzas I did as a half-n-half but did not know philly cheesesteak pizza came with no tomato sauce or mozzerella cheese. So one half is philly cheesesteak and other half is only bacon and sausage on a tomato sauce-less and no cheese at all crust. I called to see if I could get the pizza replaced. The so called Manager Nancy J. just kept saying I could place an entire new order that I would have to pay for. I asked for the phone number to corporate and she said she doesn't know it and I can find it online. SMH! My husband even called back because I was so irritated and she was still unwilling to do anything. We live in Williamsburg and always order online and pick up our order from the Dominos on Merrimac Trail which is WONDERFUL. Had I known delivery came from this 15439 Warwick Blvd (Newport News) location, I would have just went to Merrimac Trail (Williamsburg) location. So much for making a customer happy.
