Let me preface by saying that I realize the obvious answer is -why do you keep ordering from them. I think I am done.
This store is horrible. My last 4 orders have been made incorrectly. When I call to tell them the order is wrong and ask them to fix it, the 4 responses I have received are "...its because you ordered like only 1 hr before we close, of course there's going to be mistakes", "umm....the person making pizzas tonight has been working here for a really long time, i DOUBT they messed up your order", and twice "you have to talk to the manager about it-call back tomorrow ". They never fix the order and there is never a manager to speak to.
Secondly, and definitely more irritating-when the delivery driver comes to the door, they insist EVERY TIME now that I increase the tip because "we work only for tips, we don't get paid". Even if that were true, am I old fashioned to think it is still bad manners to ask for, nevermind DEMAND a tip, or more of a tip. Tonight's delivery driver actually put his foot in the door to keep my daughter from closing it while he accosted her regarding the tip (which was a little over 20%...

Due to a recent snowstorm our front walk was not in the best shape so rather than have a Domino's driver brave the elements we opted for take out. The website for the closest Domino's location indicated take out hours were 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Sundays. We placed the order on-line at 8:40 p.m. PayPal paid the bill promptly at 8:40 p.m. Domino's CANCELED the order at 8:44 p.m. Thinking there must be a mistake we drove to the Domino's location at 20921 Davenport Drive in Sterling, VA. The store was open, the lights were on. My husband went in and the young lady told him to wait just a moment as she knew of no pending take out order. The manager than cut in and rudely told my husband the order was canceled because take out hours were over. This surprised not only my husband but also the young woman working there. We now have to wait up to 72 hours until our money is refunded; however, this Domino's manager is going to wait a LIFETIME before we order pizza...
Read more1 Star because I keep giving this Domino's a chance and they fail. 3 Stars for food because while it tasted okay, it was seriously lacking in abundance. The employees are fine but Domino's is getting REALLY stingy. My medium, pan, beef with EXTRA Cheese that I had to pay for EXTRA cheese was a lesson in how not to make a pizza. I didn't look at my pizza until I got home, shame on me. Even when we have ordered (delivery) just a regular (amount) cheese pizza with pepperoni, there is BARELY any cheese, ever. Look at my picture, you can see the bare spots of dough peeking through, barely ANY sauce, 25 teeny tiny pieces of ground beef (hard and over cooked) and where is the cheese?? It was a ONE topping pizza of beef and it should be COVERED in beef (and cheese since I paid for extra!). I'm not happy, I work hard, I treat myself to YOUR pizza and this is what we get. Heading to Pizza Hut down the road and some other nice, artisan places that are much better nearby. I've written to corporate too because we have been burned too many...
