They don't deserve even a part of a star. 2 HOURS for delivery and the food was NOT fresh, crud quality, not correct, or worth eating. This location used to be decent. I don't know what happened. However, for the manager to give excuses for them being 2 hrs behind might matter if the food was even close to truly fresh. However, your establishment being under staffed is not the consumers fault. It is a bad situation. Lying to your customers is always a big no no. I called mad about the time and the manager said it had just come out of the oven. Oddly enough I didn't even leave my job in Richmond until the tracker said it was in the oven. I stopped and got gas, before getting to my Mechanicsville address. It was still on quality check 30 minutes later. Then he asked the driver to bring it straight to our house first. Nope, driver went to some location out in Pole Green area. Completely the other direction. Ordered 1 chicken bacon ranch sandwich with extra cheese. It came with what looks like No cheese and dry. Also barely luke warm. Ewww. That is ridiculous. Also, ordered a steak and cheese (dried out meat), parm. bites (didn't even feel warm), stuffed cheese bread (guess what not hot!?!), and 3 garlic dips (got 2). Highly recommend...
Read moreMy experience tonight was almost 4 stars until I got home with my pizza and realized the sauce tasted funny. I realized instead of ranch sauce that my family is used to, it was a garlic sauce which none of us liked. Immediately I called back and the gentleman that answered explained to me that because the garlic sauce was very popular that’s what they assumed and said that it was ok to return it and they would make my pizza with ranch. I drove back to the location on Mechanicsville Trnpk to return the pizza and upon arrival the manager felt it necessary come from the back to let me know that she would exchange it this time but ranch was not a sauce that is offered. Surprised that she felt it necessary to let me know that she would not exchange it again if the mistake of me ordering the wrong sauce happened again, I almost asked for a refund but I calmed down enough to let her go on about how she would not exchange the order if that mistake was made again on my part. That manager should know that customers make mistakes all the time but if dealt with professionally all is well and not loose a customer because she had to redo an order....
Read moreNever before in the history of ordering pizza have I ever been treated so incredibly rude by a so-called manager, who claimed his name was Matt. Not only was a pizza delivered that was the equivalent of a bucket of grease dumped onto undone pizza dough, when I called to complain I was told there was nothing that the disrespectful, jerk of a manager was willing to do to make it right. In addition, when I complained and asked for the name of the franchise owner (since the "manager" was so unhelpful), they refused to give me the name of the owner, until I told this jerk I would have to come up to the store physically in an effort to discover who actually owned the franchise. Thankfully Domino's has never been a favorite (the only reason I ordered from them in the first place was because it was almost midnight and they were the only open pizza place that delivered at that time of night), because I will NEVER order from them again. In addition, I'll make sure to let anyone who wants to know that this franchise should not receive their business, at least not while the "manager", Matt, is employed there ...
