Worst Domino's Pizza I've ever dealt with. If zero stars was an option, that's exactly what they'd get.
I ordered their two for 5.99 deal, 1 pan pizza and 1 caesar salad. Well, as usual, this Domino's forgot the dressing. They ALWAYS forget the add-ons. Order any sauces? Don't expect them to ever come. Order a dressing with your salad? Hope you enjoy dry salad.
I called immediately after receiving my order and spoke to an employee to told me he was sorry and that someone would bring that right out to me. I asked him how long that would take. His response? An unsure sounding "uhhhhh....like...10...15 minutes?" I said "Okay, the sooner the better would be great." Well, 30 minutes pass and I call the store again. I get passed around the store to 4-5 different people. I ask if anyone had even left with the dressing to have it delivered to me. I was told "No." Then, one person tells me they can't refund my money because "That's just not what they do. It's policy or something." So, I asked to speak to someone higher up. The employee did not know what I meant by that. Well, he passes me on to "the guy in charge," Nuwan (really not sure how you spell his name).
Nuwan is the Assistant Manager tonight. So, I inform him of my issues this evening. I asked for a refund on the salad portion of my food because I was incredibly inconvenienced and he said "Okay, I'll take care of that for you...........Okay so, since your deal was 2 for 5.99, if I remove the salad, that changes the price of your pizza from $8 something to $15 and something, and you'll just have to pay the difference." I said "Oh, no. that's not how refunds work. You don't get to charge me more because you messed up." His response? "Well, I mean, man, we're taking a loss here." hahahahaha What an IDIOT.
I tell him, "I work in the courier business. I've worked for 1800Flowers for 6 years. Add-ons are super important and you guys consistently leave them off." He proceeds to laugh at me and say, "Oh, hahaha yeah okay. Flowers and pizza. That's right. They're totally the same, man. Yeah." I tell him, "Yes, they are the same. We both have products that get delivered. We both have add-ons, mine may be chocolates and teddy bears. Yours is dressings, sauces, etc..They're the same." He continues to laugh and tell me he "doesn't care about that stuff."
Absolute WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with in my entire life. I would lose my job if I ever laughed at a customer on the phone for a mistake I made. Don't ever do business with this Domino's and if you do, avoid any thing that requires something other...
