Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Virginia

Gave it a shot on a weekday for lunch via the GrubHub coupon for 25% off your first meal. We ordered several sides to see what we might like on future orders. The garlic bread was probably the worst looking garlic bread I've ever seen. You open some crumpled foil to find half of a stale french loaf with some garlic salt sprinkled on it. The cheese bread looked and tasted good. The cheese fries are acceptable, but nothing to write home about. Because it was a good price, we threw a double cheeseburger into the order. Despite specific instructions added to have it plain, it came drenched in mayonnaise. I have literally never seen so much mayo on a burger.

All things considered, we won't order from here again. The restaurant screams complacency. It's an establishment that technically qualifies as a restaurant but would never make an effort...

Hoy dia visite este lugar por segunda vez razon esta a unos pocos minutos de mi casa. se me antojo una pizza y el lugar se llama PIZZA PALACE llegue al lugar a las 9:27pm el lugar cierra a las 10:00 lo entiendo a media hora de cerrar pero no es que tengan que limpiar mesas lavar platos oh esperar a que tenga una buena experiencia en su lugar comiendo. una pizza tarda unos 7 minutos en horno industrial y me salen con el horno esta apagado no vendemos pizzas en una pizzeria y que venden entonces Pollo a la braza que a estado en el horno por horas manteniendolo caliente. que clase de servicio es este? comunidad latina exigimos mucho mas de otros restaurantes y nos dejamos que emprendedores latinos traten asi a sus clientes. si queremos ser emprendedores mantengamos los niveles estándares si tu lugar dice abierto y operando de tal hora a tal hora debe mantenerse asi. lastimosamente el Dueño no le toma importancia a su clientela porque esta acostumbrado a que sus clientes no dicen nada. pero es nuestro dinero nosotros decidimos quien esta en el negocio y quien no. estoy seguro que no es el primer incidente

Today I visited this place for the second time. reason is a few minutes from my house. I was craving pizza and the place is called PIZZA PALACE arrive at the place at 9:27pm the place closes at 10:00 I understand half an hour after closing but it's not like they have to clean tables wash dishes oh wait for you to have a good experience at your place eating. A pizza takes about 7 minutes in an industrial oven and they come out with the oven turned off. We do not sell pizzas. in a pizzeria and they only sell grilled chicken that has been in the oven for hours keeping it warm. What kind of service is this? We, the Latin community, demand much more from other restaurants and we allow Latin entrepreneurs to treat their customers this way. If we want to be entrepreneurs, let's maintain standard levels. If your place says open and operating from such time to such time, it should remain that way. Unfortunately the Owner does not take importance to his clientele because he is used to his clients not saying anything. But it's our money, we decide who is in the business and who is not. Who delivers pizza with no plates or napkins?? These guys! After an over 12 hrs flight I ordered pizza for my family and it was delivered to our hotel. I didnt realize there were no plates/napkins until mins later. Called this place and was told they dont deliver with plates. I asked him so what do I microwave my food on in a few more hours?
