Everything at this Taco Bell is way overpriced compared to all the other Taco Bells in the area. You can get a bean and rice burrito and a few other items for one dollar at all the other Taco Bells in the area but this Taco Bell on Sterling Blvd in Sterling, VA has no items for one dollar. One bean burrito is $1.89.
Half of the staff is a joke. There's this funny looking scrawny pale/white latino male that is always working the drive-through. He seems racist and power hungry. For mobile orders, this particular male will tell you to park out front and he will bring your order to you but he never brings the order out. It's funny someone that wants power would be working at Taco Bell but go figure.
The latina woman that works the drive-through a lot also does this same thing where she claims the mobile order isn't ready and to wait out front but she never brings the order out. Maybe the prices at this Taco Bell are so high because of the clowns they have working there?
One small positive at this particular Taco Bell is that you can actually go inside the lobby and pick up your food before 10 pm. That drive-through line gets long and your car is wasting gas while you're sitting in the drive through.
The staff at this Taco Bell is why they need more automation/robots to take over many jobs that human...
Read moreWhat’s crazy is we go there all the time if the manager if she’s there the head manager everything is good. But unfortunately her staff is rude. There’s a guy in the drive-through every time you go there. He says he can’t hear you. Your window can be cracked halfway all the way open it doesn’t matter. He cannot hear you. You can say something that’s common sense I think he’s literally playing games and he has an attitude. It makes you very uncomfortable to order food from there, I literally just had to back out of the driveway because he said they’re arguing with me telling me it’s my fault he couldn’t hear me. My order was very simple. I even told him if he didn’t understand me saying it. I could say it a different way I want the spicy Cantina burrito or Caliente Cantina burrito. He says I still can’t hear you everybody in my car so my God you’re yelling and screaming how can you not hear you he can hear everything else with that this guy plays games with people he does it every single time. Do not go to this Taco Bell go to the other one in...
Read moreI don't live near here so I can only rate this location based on one visit. I ordered from the touch screen in the lobby--I know some people prefer ordering from a person and human interaction is important, but if you have any dietary restrictions at all, the touch screen menus are so much better. Every item shows you exactly what's in it and you don't have to ask a million questions about what they put on which menu items. (E.g.: there is a mildly spicy sauce added to the cheese quesadilla. Nothing wrong with that, I'm sure it improves the taste for most people, but I wouldn't have expected it had I just ordered the cheese quesadilla at the counter. I would've expected cheese and tortilla. Touch screen lets me click a button to have that left off. Easy peasy.)
Taco Bell has come a long way on terms of vegetarian offerings and my black bean crunch wrap was REALLY good. I recommend adding guac--it's a slight upcharge but it's so worth it. Order was quick, all four people in my group got their orders promptly and all four were correct. We...
