Let me start off by stating that this particular Domino’s location needs a cooperate revamp immediately or needs to close permanently. To have a staff of employees that lie, cheat and steal is beyond the satisfaction of feeling comfortable with individuals working in the customer service, most importantly the food service industry.
Late Monday evening, March 28 at 11:45pm-1:03am to 2am, my family and I awaited a 20-30min delivery, order 709 or 907 (per Crystal) from this location. The MOD, Courtney began to prep the order at 11:50pm (as displayed in the Domino’s Tracker, photo attached) and until 2am we realized our order was never going to arrive, yet our card was charged $59.39. Not aware of Domino’s closing at 12am. The communication should have been we are no longer taking delivery orders as we close in ten minutes. We awaited 2hrs as I just knew someone would arrive or at least call to communicate something to us. Never happened.
Today, Tuesday, March 29 at 10:35am we called and spoke with Carmen, explained the incident and was told to await General/District Manager, Rodney who was to arrive at 5pm.
Reached back out at 5:35pm and was told by Carmen that Rodney is now running late. Now it feels as if we are getting the runaround. Carmen went further to state she spoke with Manager, Courtney and was told our order was Carry Out? and our card was never charged? Two lies and theft at once as the photo displays the completion of the charge, lie of Manager Courtney and theft from Domino’s. As I stated to Carmen, it was placed for delivery, shown in the tracker photo below and Courtney was the individual to begin to prep the order. Why would we have the Tracker App if our order was Carry Out? Exactly, we placed our order for Delivery, on top of Crystal stating our order will arrive, yes arrive, in 20-30mins. As a manager, Courtney should have completed her management duties to reach out and apologize, that our order is / was canceled due to all of the systems shutting down at midnight and instead we will gain a refund within 3-5 business days. Again no communication, nothing.
Now that we’ve entered into this crossroads, I’ve requested Domino’s cooperate number and was placed on hold for a few minutes awaiting Carmen to provide cooperate number to provide this feedback. After a few minutes Assistant Manager, Johnathan got on the phone stating they cannot find the number to cooperate and Rodney will arrive shortly. What is shortly and why is it so difficult to get a professional who takes their role with pride, dignity and the Domino’s terms of customer service at this location? No one knows cooperates number and I’m out of nearly 60$ for an order that was never received? I doubt I will gain a call, however I will dispute my charge with the bank immediately and find the cooperate number to Domino’s myself.
This entire experience is disgusting, dissatisfying and is a major embarrassment to Domino’s. Again, revamp the entire staff and/or close this two, now one star location. Per the reviews on Google, Yelp and Social Media, consumer’s have been complaining about this location for a long time. Being an out of town guest for one night, we will never forget this experience and will always go with Pizza Hut or Papa John’s, encouraging others to do the same for this location and possibly Domino’s. Waited 25 minutes after pizza left Store by the trackers calculation and didn't get my 2L or sauce. Everything was almost warm and made driver aware of missing items she told me she was going to be right back with everything and said the "young girl" at the store told her everything was there when she left...Waited an hour after pizza was delivered and called Store to find out where everything was because we had already paid online for everything and felt like this was way too long to wait. Tried 3 times And no one picked up telephone. I then drove to Store which by the way is less than 9 minutes with 6 stoplights and less than 3 miles to find driver sitting in car outside Store. She said she was NOW coming back (2 hours total since order was placed) but gave me what i was missing (side note: was supposed to be a Coke and good thing they didn't bring to house because they had a Diet Coke in bag). She was told by Mgr to wait until she had more orders ready to go before she brought what i was due. I went in to speak with Mgr and she said other people came before My missing order items because they were busy. Totally unacceptable answer and she felt it was all reasonable to make me wait behind people who ordered after me. Manger belittled me and was condescending when i said that i would call corporate too inform of her attitude and procedure on order filling and she said that's OK with her and said call the 800 number. I asked her if she thought this was funny and of she felt i was due such attitude and she smirked and said "Oh no sir" but finally said just to get rid of me she was going to refund my total.
This is typical attitude at this location when they forget things on delivery and you file complaint. They think that just because you paid they have no urgency to fulfill your order because there is not too many choices in this town. They hire people who can possibly pass a drug test but have the personality of a child and don't understand the first thing about customer satisfaction and treating a customer with respect.

I ordered like I always do through the app. App said 35-40 min delivery window. Tracker showed my order out of the oven at 7:52 which means it's checked boxes and moved to the hotplate awaiting pickup.
It sat there for 50 minutes. I called the store the person that answered seemed to not care she informed me the driver just left the order so I said fine and hung up. The tracked didn't change for 3 minutes then it said Tevon had my order but it showed Tevon 11 minutes away from the store. So they assigned my order to a driver not even at the store
Tevon got to the store and picked my order up at almost 900pm with multiple orders on different direction. It was another 20 minutes before I saw my pizza.
I couldn't believe they even sent it it looked like it sat under or top of the oven all day it was a brick. Even the driver was blown away and wanted to take it back. I refused to let him take and said I would file the claim on the app.
Manager and employees should be ashamed. Except for Trevon the only one that seems to actually care and understand...
