I've been frequenting this Domino's for many years (10+). They've always been good in getting the order correct, and the pizza's are made nicely. I typically place my order via the web and then drive over to pick it up. Until recently, I've been very please to give them my patronage. However lately (last few months), I've become concerned over their credit card payment devices always being "broken." What has been happening lately is I have to hand my card to the employee providing check out. They then type in on their cash register my card number, security code, and ask me for my Zip code--every piece of information they'd need to make a charge on my credit card at another time (they already have my name from my order or it's listed on the front of the card anyway). When I spoke up and expressed my concerns that this was not a secure way to handle the credit transaction, I was told it didn't matter because all that information appeared on their cash registers anyway. I haven't had the chance to call my credit card issuers to see if this is true. Additionally, I don't believe that statement--why am I having to suffer with using the blasted "more secure" CHIP if that's the case? I've recently changed how I pay for my order at this Domino's, but it really isn't as convenient. I'm having second thoughts about using this Domino's due to this...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. Ordered pizza today and informed them that there was a hair on our pizza. The manager was so defensive and said that there was no one there with long hair as if I was lying that there was a hair in the pizza that they have delivered. My son pulled off the hair that was baked in with the cheese. He sent someone to come get the pizza and expect to give us back just $1, when we used our dominoes poinys to pay for it. He threatened to call the police when we refused to give our card one more time to update the charges and accused us for stealing. I asked for his name, he said he does not need to give him name. I told him I want to report his horrible attitude, poor customer service and unsanitary food handling and he said go ahead. Very disappointing! Will never order from there again.

Read morehi at this time, my order has taken roughly 2 hours to arrive. mind you, it has not arrived yet and it says its been delivered like 10-20 minutes ago. I double checked my address and it was correct soooooooo I'm not satisfied. woman on phone was not polite and said they were on their way but like was sort of rude about it. will update once my pizza pie arrives.
update: it arrived but was sent back to the store without my knowledge. the driver didn't even bother coming to the door and assumed it was the wrong address. this is ridiculous. and I still have yet to receive my pizza pie. will update on quality when I receive it finally.
update: its very obvious its been sitting on a warmer, only the box is hot. pizza pie is on the hard side, and sort of flavorless. don't know if ill order from this location again. very disappointed about...
