Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Wow... What an experience. I know this was just a trip to Taco Bell but man. The service. The food. Let me tell you I used to work at Taco Bell. Over 20 years ago. Im keen on customer service and this was by far the best Taco Bell experience I have had in my life. And man have I had a ton "literally" of Taco Bell. Anyways I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and before I stopped I was greeted. I was like wow. Took my order fast. Made sure that was all gave me the total and pulled around. Immediately they were ready for my card and swiped and returned the card. Before I put the card away the drink was out the window waiting on me. Man then the sauce I asked for was already in the bag and when I opened my food and took a bite man the food was so delicious everythibg was fresh I can tell trust me. I eat Taco Bell about 3-4 times if not more / week. Anyways my taco supreme was perfect. So delicious. And my burrito too. And the thing about the burrito that was so great is that whoever wrapped it know what tf they are doing. Lol. Sorry. But its true. Man everything was great. I was going to call the store and let the manager know but I think this will be much more well received. The staff both were courteous. They both and whoever was working all need to be recognized and rewarded. Because its not just me. Its all the hundreds and thousands of customers they are providing this quality of service to. From the Managers to the dishwashers. Everyone should be proud at this Taco Bell location. Well at least whoever is working the night shift. Lol.

Had a wonderful experience using the drive thru on 10-3-22. The attitude and friendliness of the lady working drive through was phenomenal and really brightened my whole morning. I think her name began with an “A”, so “Miss A”

I’d driven through horrid traffic (1hr55min for 33 miles, Google maps said it was going to be 55min), arrived 20 minutes late for a doctor appointment and was turned away … after waiting 6 months for that appointment and being told the next available isn’t till January (thanks Ft Belvoir & Tricare). I was on my way back the way I came to continue on to work and desperately needed something on my stomach and to calm the stress.

Miss A’s cheerful attitude and friendliness at 9:30 in on a cold damp & disappointing morning was immensely cheering and reversed my down attitude. thank you!!

The breakfast crunch wrap was pretty good as well - warm, filling and comforting on the unseasonably...

I've been stopping by this Taco Bell for about five years now, mostly because it's right on my way home. Overall, it's one of the better locations I've visited. The service can vary depending on the day, which is understandable given the nature of fast food work and the challenges of a busy team.

Most of the time, the staff is friendly, upbeat, and quick with orders. It’s always a nice touch when they greet me with a smile and seem genuinely happy to help. Occasionally, there are slower moments (like one person is running the whole kitchen) but those experiences are the exception, not the rule.

At the end of the day, this place consistently gets the job done. The food is usually fresh and fast, and I keep coming back because, more often than not, the experience is a good one. Nobody’s perfect, but for a quick bite on the way home, this Taco Bell has earned its spot...
