I stopped by this location at 7:45pm on Sunday 8/16 and there were two people on duty. A girl and a guy. As I walked in the girl seemed annoyed that I came in per the look she gave me. There was 1 customer ordering in front of me and after being told you close at 8 and since the customer didnt speak english using google translate to relay the message, I was informed after standing in line for 5 minutes that the cashier isnt taking any more walk ins because they close at 8. I said to him its 7:50 and he said "I don't care." Terrible customer service and disregard to the customers. Definately got the feeling that my service was a burden. I know sometimes people have one offs, but if this person is like this regularly, I wouldn't want him representing my company... Or, maybe change your closing hours to 7:50 to better accommodate your staff.

Read moreFirehouse Subs is hands down the best place for delicious subs! The juicy, flavorful meat paired with perfectly toasted buns makes every bite an absolute delight. The presentation of the subs is always spot on—everything is made with care and looks amazing.
What really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. The ambience is fantastic for a fast-casual restaurant, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. I also love the Coca-Cola machines with their hundreds of flavor combinations—there’s always something new to try!
This is my go-to spot for a great meal, and I’d say it’s the best location within a 100-mile radius. It’s never too busy, there’s always plenty of seating, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Firehouse Subs truly hits the...
Read moreI ordered 2 medium subs and a drink to enjoy while I waited. One of the subs, a build-your-own), was turkey and Swiss with lettuce and black olives. I told the server, absolutely no mayo. Fast forward to picking up my order, I asked the woman who prepare the sandwich’s if she could confirm there was no mayo on the turkey sub. She nodded. Then, she took the bag back from me and wanted to be sure she had used wheat bread on both sandwiches. She had. I told her white bread was fine as long as there was no mayo. We’ll, you guessed it. When I got home, my turkey sub had mayo on it. I was so upset since I was assured there was no mayo on the sandwich. I guess I can cross Firehouse Subs off my list of...
