Itâs been a gamble for me, 70% of the time the order I get back is correct. So I highly recommend checking your food, literally, if you donât want something on a sandwich make sure itâs not there, before driving off. Be sure to taste your drink to make sure it's not water coffee or icy milk. Naturally, they are super nice about fixing it, but lately the food prep person will come off sassy between other employees. Iâm not a complainer about things when my order gets messed up, I get it, itâs busy but the attitude in between can go somewhere else.
On this particular day, today, the food prep person screwed up my order twice. I asked for no egg and she had the audacity to say âshe can take the egg of herselfâ then proceeded to scrap it off while saying in a loud voice âTHERE YOUUUU GOOOOâ. So much of me naturally wanted to react because I haven't done anything to set this person off except request for my stuff to be fixed. I was already hugging the clock to get to work, I have family, and more important things to do than focus my energy into this type of scene.
UPDATE So I decided to give it another whirl and see how it goes, the last few times I have been there the manager has taken over the food prep and the energy seems a lot more coordinated and functional. I am please overall. So I am changing my 1 star...

It has literally taken almost 15-20 minutes more than a few times before anyone even takes an order in the drive through, then be ready for another 10-15 before you get your coffee. Update, 03DEC18. Still hit or miss. Today I asked for a maple pecan iced coffee, and got a plain ice coffee, this has happened twice in the past few weeks. They are usually out of at least one thing we try and order. And attention to detail needs work, every other time we go here (usually every other week at least, they mess something up, itâs getting very annoying and I wish people would just pay attention and do a decent job.    Read moreI use to come here 5 days a week but over the past year they have changed. Itâs always a 50/50 chance that they get my order right. I have tried using the drive thru, walking in, and even the mobile order with no improvement. Because of this I have only been going once a week now if Iâm feeling lucky. Usually I donât have time to ask if they can correct my order except for today. They gave me my order, and politely told them my order was wrong and he admitted it was wrong and went to fix it and still came back with my order wrong.
