Several mistakes and lack of management. Came into the store and the bathrooms were out of order (paper sign posted and taped to doors). Got in line to order and two people had walked right in after me. There was one nice woman (younger girl) working behind the counter but she walked over to clean up some stuff. There were two workers messing around hanging static window advertisement signs (takes 2 people?). Woman walks back over and takes my order. I basically selected by pointing; Carmel Ice Latter with whipped cream and a French cruller (that’s what the label said). Pay with debit card and woman starts to work on order. She then says, we are out of the cruller’s. I said there are five or six right there behind the sign that says Fr. Cruller. She looks confused and says they are Coffee Rolls. So I respond, I ordered by pointing at it so that is what I would like. If they are more I’ll pay extra. She looks at the other two young guys playing with the window sign and says, “sorry, the person messed up the label.” Then she starts on my drink while I eat my coffee roll. Then 2-3 mins later she calls to the two kids messing around with the stickers and says, “did you ever go get the whipped cream?” African American guy replies, “No, not yet” and then turns to me and says, “Do you need whip cream?” At this point I respond to the woman and say, “no ma’am I’ll take it as is.” She fills it up with extra ice and off I go. Read moreWalked in the store and immediately noticed that there was water on the floor of the entrance due to rain and water being tracked in. There was not a wet floor sign, no mat to soak up water, or anything to prevent slips or falls. Got to the front of the line and noticed only 2 people working which was not enough for it being a Saturday morning and busy. Ordered 1 hash brown, a pesto breakfast sandwhich, cold brew coffee, and a iced chai. It took about 25 minutes. The food had a terrible metallic taste and we ended up throwing it away. It didn't taste edible. I also noticed (during my wait for food) that cups were dropped on the floor and picked backed up and served to customers.
