Greek salad with chicken was bad even for a pizza place. Mostly just iceberg lettuce. Extra charge for chicken over the regular greek salad is understandable if the chicken wasn't a pounded-out, overcooked, chopped mess. Meatball sub had 7 slivers of meatball that, if combined, would be equal to maybe less than 3 meatballs. The meatballs were obviously the same meatball toppings they use for the pizzas, so they were more over-processed dense sausage bits than actual meatballs. I'm not expecting homemade, but these were very low quality. Meat stromboli looked ok, but I cut into it and there's barely any meat - like the meatball sub, 90% bread. Absolute joke of a restaurant. Definitely wouldn't order again even if it was the only place open at night. Wouldn't recommend eating here at all even if the price points were $3 lower than they are for each item.

There's no choice of NO stars so that you know that I'm not giving it a One star, this place was horrible. First let me say that I am from Chicago and this place should rename their business. it's an insult to us to name your place with the name "Chicago" in it. I was in Washington D.C. on this past weekend for a celebration. I placed a late night order for everyone in the room. The pizza taste like a frozen pizza and my greek salad pictured is my greek salad (an insult to the Greek). I felt to definitely give my review because I was so upset with this place, nobody touched the pizza and I threw away the salad. You ought to be ashame of yourself if you thought that a Chicagoan wouldn't know what a pizza supposed to taste like and a greek salad consist of. By the way, I didn't take a picture of the pizza because we were out done by this delivery.

I have always ordered from here when I work, tonight was no exception. I ordered a steak ceaser salad. Pictured is what I received. ( a ceaser salad with steakum meat on it, from a sandwich) I called and informed the man who took my order said that I should have ordered beef in order to receive actual steak and not sandwich meat. I explained that I normally order a steak ceaser salad and receive my salad with actual steak and not steak substitute and can I be reimbursed. I was told NO and also told to do what I had to do. Once again normally great service, but I will no longer be handing out menus at my hotel to order from them.

Overall 3.5 - (rounded up)

Pros: pretty tasty decent quality and portions, especially for the lunch specials and this zip code Mezzaluna calzone was very filled and baked perfectly. -large portion of lasagna, tasty, not super gourmet or grandmother-esque, but satisfies the craving at less than half the cost of other local restaurants delish marinara to die for garlic bread, do yourself a favor and order extra crisp veggies in the salad chocolate cake and carrot cake pretty good, not super special, but better than average box mix. The carrot cake was very moist and cream cheese frosting quite good. things arrived very, very hot (calzone, lasagna) or ice cold (salad, soda, cake). I only live 2 miles away, (and ordered delivery, judge away,) but the metal-bottomed lasagna container inside of a styrofoam box was still uncomfortably hot to the touch 15 mins after delivery

Cons: some of the calzone filling was cold (the spinach and ricotta), despite the crust and other cheese inside being toasted perfectly. The spinach was overly soggy, and the high water content of both offending items likely lead to the chilly outcome. Also the artichokes had zero flavor. None. I ate almost all of them individually (not in the calzone) to try to find their/a flavor, to no avail. They must be the ones stored in water, and then rinsed again or something, because there wasn't even a linger of juice, vinegar, olive oil, nothin'. cake slices kinda small for the price expired soda. Yep. I thought the diet pepsi tasted off, weak flavor, a little plastic-y, and it had expired a week prior. Not a huge deal, and definitely not going to make anyone sick, but poor taste, and not exactly quickly-perishing food item

Definitely a solid choice for an easy, tasty, cost-effective lunch, but wouldn't make it the priority for any friends from Chicago/New York, or of...

Dishonest business practices and horrible customer service...If I could give them "0" stars, I would. I was initially told that I should be receiving my order between 35 to 45 minutes due to my location. After waiting over an hour for a delivery from them, I give them a call and they claim the driver is right down the street and should be there within 5 minutes. Now at the one and half hour mark (90 minutes; twice the ETA from them) I give them a call back and they say the driver was caught in traffic and is right around the corner. Mind you, this was over a $60 order in which I'm trying to feed the entire family while staying at a hotel at the National Harbor. Now two hours have elapsed and I call them back to now be told that the driver just got in an accident. I told them that the food was probably freezing cold and not fresh and that we didn't want it. The lack of transparency and honesty is what did it for me. But the worse part of this ordeal is that they still charged my CC for the food that I didn't receive. When trying to have them to reverse the charges on my CC, they chose not to. Again, they refused to refund me an order for food that I never received. These guys are dishonest. AVOID AT...

Almost an hour since my order was placed. The clerk had an issue with beyond menu, and cancelled the order, and did not offer any resolution. He appeared hagard, preoccupied and busy despite having only 1 customer at 10:55 in the morning. The kitchen door was open, and a worker with a dirty tshirt and dirty hands with no gloves could be seen handling produce and dough. One other worker is standing to the side holding some foods with no gloves while chewing on some snack. Neither one are wearing any type of hairnet restraint/protection. Outside and just to the right of the entrance the side door was wide open crates of vegetables exposed to the elements are sitting on the sidewalk next to a garbage can or some refuse container. The clerk, an elderly black man, rudely dismissed my request for an explanation with "I need to take this call" So, since it isn't my job to train staff with their multiple health code violations that will be passed on to the health department, it's only right this restaurant be removed from the menu roster of the 3 local motels we manage. Good luck with your dirty restaurant operation and less than poor manners and professional...
